"“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “ When checkin  ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy  available . While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended . Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes . Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge . Conclusion : Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low . HOTEL BUILDING & FACILITIES APPEARANCE GOOD & LUXURY"

"Such a great glamping site! Friendly staff, quick service, very convenient app. The view and the atmosphere around are amazing, it's a super peaceful and quiet place. The cabin was clean but quite cold at night. Location is also great as there are many attractions around the area, reachable by a short drive by car. Highly recommend this place!"

"The hotel has a good mountain view. Service was good. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't see many people in the restaurant. But the good was quite good. They have pool at the ground floor. The breakfast hall at the top building so You can see the mountain view with the mountain wind too. There are many area for photo upstair."

"This was my favorite place to stay in Bandung. I would have given it all 5 stars if I stayed there 20 years ago. That’s my only complaints about it. Must have been amazing when it first opened. It needs modernization and to be brought back to its former glory. Besides that, it’s clean, beautiful layout, very cool that it had its own balcony. Great breakfast and excellent staff. The quality you get for the price is great."

"We booked 3 rooms forv6 pax. I am very pleased with the rooms and service. Breakfast was good and varieties. Unfortunately, on the 6th day, I found a medium fly or bee in the vegetables. I showed to the staff serving foid but no response from them. I was quite pleased when I entered the hotel. Unfortunately, I had lots of trauma with 4 cats jumping and appearing suddenly running across everywhere. One cat even keeps meowing at the door at night until I have to call the reception to take it away. They should cage the cat or house them far fro. The front rather than let them run wild causing traumatic experience. I would not want to stay at Sandalwood in future."

"************* while at the accommodation, it was comfortable, clean, very homey for those of us who brought small children, even though we were in a room on the 3rd floor but it was still afforable. Very strategic location with kid friendly tourist attractions. God willing, someday I'll come here again and bring the kids too 😇"
