"Royal Avila was incredible—easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Although we had activities planned for our 3-day, 2-night stay, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel. I highly recommend staying in and making the most of the fantastic facilities, including the jacuzzi, spa, beach club, swimming pool, and gym. Special mention to Lola, Hafizin, Lalu, and Abdul Haq for their amazing service—they truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I was completely captivated. I will definitely be returning and would recommend it to all my friends and family."

"There was another persons hair on the bedsheets and the shower could have been scrubbed. The hotel was ok for the price and the staff were friendly enough. But cleanliness wasn’t great and the rooms ok the left side of the hallway upstairs have neighbours on a higher rooftop seating area able to see into your room (there is privacy glass but only on the bottom of the window)."

"A very good hotel to try. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and had a delicious welcome drink. The overall design of the hotel is very close to nature, but still very comfortable. The central restaurant and bar has many surprises. I had delicious dishes for breakfast and dinner. It is not completely Western food. Some local dishes can also be tried, which should be suitable for Chinese stomachs. There seems to be a band on weekend nights. Suitable for family outings. The beach is completely private, and there is also a small artificial beach for children to play 😀"

"The resort was pure luxury after island life! The hotel room was stunning and spotless, and it was wonderful to sleep in clean sheets. The open-air bathroom was amazing! I enjoyed the pool area and its views towards the sea. I had delicious meals at the restaurant while gazing at the ocean and listening to its soothing sounds. So relaxing! I also tried the hotel spa, and the massage was absolutely wonderful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I only stayed for one night, so I can’t comment on the location. 10/10."

"The guy at the front desk was very nice. I brought the wrong adapter and there was no one for sale nearby. He kept asking his colleagues for me and finally borrowed it for me. When I checked out, he said that the adapter was given to me. Because it may not be easy to buy here, thank you very much. The service, environment, and food are all great. I recommend everyone to book this restaurant."

"Loads of potential and most of the staff are friendly and try their best. The resort could focus on training their employees so that they can deliver services on a more higher level. They are able to do their jobs but it's very basic and doesn't fit the brand image that they are trying to portray. The food quality was not of high standard and when the hotel is not full they cold probably provide a set menu for breakfast. It may not be as good at first, but for reducing food wastage and food related health it could be beneficial. Our stomachs weren't happy when we ate at the resort because of this. For staff, you can empower your workforce by rather having a few people who are highly skilled but in a variety of areas. Maybe doing family weekends and have a kids club going to get younger families witih kids under 12 to come, as I feel like this is a great resort for young families since the beach is calm and the pools are set up like that. There is a massive area on the one side of the common area that could possibly have a play area with a little crafts centre going. The location is far from most places so if the resort focused on uplifting this would probably help a lot. It really has a lot of potential."

"I must say we really enjoyed a lot during our visit in Lombok by choosing this hotel. Even though the hotel is relatively new compared to others, their services are top notch especially the food, all served in ala carte to keep it fresh everyday. You will have direct access to the beach too by choosing the sea view villa and it only takes one minute to the beach every morning. The staff are also highly trained in keeping your privacy secured. Besides that you can also approach the staff for Gili island hopping. The boat will ferry you from the beach in front of the hotel so that you don’t even have to worry about being late. The water is so clear that you can also snorkelling at the beach, however bring your own gear for hygiene purposes. The location of the hotel is quite secluded, so do expect to spend most of your time in the hotel unless you arrange your own day trip. You will never regret choosing this hotel!"

"My stay here was incredible, I booked 2 nights and ended up staying for 4, the place has the most beautiful views ever, the service is the best: Nanda cooks amazing food - you also have the option to order from outside but I only ate the whole time from her! She was always looking that everything is as comfortable and perfect as possible, food delivery wherever you are, pool, room, restaurant … & super nice talks! Hardi also always made great effort with my breakfast wishes or when I needed help with something! The other guys are also super nice that keep the place clean ! Everyone was just super lovely and welcoming. I had the dream dome and it was super cute and comfortable! You feel like in paradise with the outdoor toilet and shower. I recommend a 100% !! The only things that were not as good was no WiFi while I was there and some construction work and the animals but that you have literally almost everywhere so it’s just to keep in mind💫"

"Mixed feelings — kind staff but disappointing overall. First of all, a big thank you to the hotel staff, who were genuinely kind and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the issue isn’t the people — it’s the property itself. The photos online look beautiful, but in reality, the finishes and details just don’t match the pictures. Everything feels a bit cheap and unfinished. For example, the pool area has small sofas but no cushions, so you can’t really relax comfortably by the water. In the rooms, several things were off — cracked flooring, a broken window, missing door handles (you have to lock the door from inside or outside every time), and other small issues that really add up. Considering the price, it’s quite disappointing, especially when there are nicer hotels nearby for less money. We stayed in the Villa Fuego, which, as you can see on Google Maps, is located right next to the road — meaning it’s noisy, with scooters constantly passing by. It completely breaks the idea of a quiet, romantic getaway in a “private villa.” It’s a real shame, because the staff do their best, but the overall experience doesn’t live up to the expectations or the price. Sadly, despite the warm hospitality, we left feeling that this stay was not worth it."

"Сначала о плюсах.После долго путешествия в разных странах с друзьями. Мы с мужем решили вдвоем отдохнуть где то в укромном уголке и отметить день рождения моего мужа. Выбрали Ломбок и данный отель. Нас встретили в аэропорту, трансфер стоил 750000. Заселили нас в шикарный номер с видом на океан, второй этаж. Хотя я при бронировании просила первый, но второй нам тоже очень понравился, мы не стали возражать. Так вышло, что был циклон первые три дня. Сильный ветер и дожди. Но нас это не смутило, тк мы находились в прекрасном месте. Завтраки шикарные по заказу из меню, хороший спа. Замечу, в отеле первые три дня мы были единственными постояльцами. А теперь о минусах, их бы и не было, если бы не 14 февраля, день всех влюбленных. Многие в отзывах жалуются на дорогое меню. Соглашусь дорого и не всегда ожидаемо вкусно. Недалеко в Сингиги множество хороших ресторанов. День рождения моего мужа.. я заранее уточнила при бронировании отеля, что мы сможем организовать в этот день. Мне ответили, кусочек торта или торт за доплату. Мы заказали ужин на берегу океана. Это были красиво накрытые столы, их было несколько, мы посмеялись, подумав, что нам пригласили гостей. Но нет, это был обычный ужин как и каждый день. Те праздника особого не было. Все как обычно. Но у нас шикарное настроение и мы вдвоем в прекрасном месте.. все прошло отлично! Напомню, что отель был пустой, заехало позже еще две-три пары. На завтраки нам стали забывать приносить фрукты или не предлагать что то ищ меню, как было первые дни. Те сервис тут к сожалению не внимателен при таком маленьком количестве гостей. И вот 14 февраля, нам принесли купоны на праздник. По ним можно забронировать ужин со скидкой, спа или выбрать экскурсию (все есть во вложении) Мы решили дать отелю реабилитироваться и заказали романтический ужин (хотела бы уточнить, ужинали в отеле мы редко это первый день проживания, день рождения мужа и вот 14.02.). И что же мы видим, те же столы обычно накрытые, как и каждый вечер, чужие мимо проходящие рядом сидящие люди, ну бонусом роза от отеля. Те ничего нового, кроме какого то особенного меню, после которого мой муж остался голодным, тк ему было все не вкусно. Но нас это не смущало до того, как мы увидели у другой пары по настоящему романтичный ужин. Я спросила, почему у них цветы, красивая палатка и шикарная романтика во в дворе отеля. А нам это даже не предложили. Нам ответили, что это другой пакет. А ведь я спрашивала, что можно организовать моему мужу на день рождения, мне предложили только тортик, мы заказали романтик и вот. Я в номере прочла все предложения от отеля, там не было подобного предложения, как я увидела у ребят. Это было очень красиво. Кстати цены везде разные, на сайте одни, в меню другие на одни и те же предложения. При таком маленьком количестве гостей, как такое могло произойти. Я была крайне разочарована. Мужу это не показала. Позже я увидела в брошюре в отеле что стоимость романтического ужина такая же в обычный день, как нам предложили по купону, якобы со скидкой. Вообщем мы обожаем Мальдивы и вот я пожалела немного, что выбрала не их. По цене вышло тоже самое. Я сильно разочаровалась в отеле. Я не стала выяснять, ругаться или говорить о своем недовольстве. Мы продолжали отдыхать, развлекаться и путешествовать по острову, кушая прекрасные блюда намного дешевле в соседних отелях и ресторанах. И да, в последний день проживания к нам даже не пришли с уборкой. Забыли. Она была два раза в день, пришли лишь вечером. Все что писали в отзывах соответствует действительности. Те не нужно возлагать больших ожиданий. Сотрудники хорошие, но не профессионалы к сожалению. Проживали мы в отеле 7 дней. Надеюсь отель прочтет отзыв и будет радовать других постояльцев более комфортным и внимательным сервисом. И уберите эти не вкусные дорогие блюда из меню. Они портят репутацию вашему отелю. В отзывах часто пишут об этом."
