"Service was great all around, location cannot be beat if you have an event at ICE, literally just a stone’s throw away, very convenient if you’re in Jakarta for that purpose. Room cleanliness can be improved though, there was a smell of undried laundry and even had a bug visitor one night!! But location really cannot be beat, that convenience alone was worth staying there. Shuttle service available to nearby mall as well!"

"I've stayed at this hotel several times for business trips. The restaurant is right outside a large plaza, offering many convenient dining options, and the environment is quite good. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. For breakfast, I personally feel it's more geared towards locals; I usually go for rice noodles, toast, vegetables, and some fried items. It gets extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays."

My room was clean, spacious, and had a balcony with a beautiful view. I love that all rooms are non-smoking. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the smart TV let me watch Netflix and YouTube with ease. "The room is large, but the decoration is old and smelly. The bedding is stained. Someone came to change it in time after calling. There is a school opposite and it is a 10-minute drive from the exhibition center. The breakfast is very rich and has many varieties.
