"The hotel is great in many sense. It is away from crowded kuta but not being too far from it. Situated in a tranquil small hill, it is very enjoyable waking up to the peacefulness. The overall service is great, quick to respond with warmth. Can start to see some aging sign on linen and facility which is a bit let down but not lethal. Breakfast is simple but good enough. They also have simple menu available for food and drinks through out the day. Kudos to Dondi and Wawan who been very helpful from pre-arrival to departure."

"Hotel located 15 minutes from Kuta beach, it is located in a small fishing village and surf spot. High-rise hotel with breathtaking sea views and direct access to the beach. Competent staff available at all hours. Breakfast served at the table with a wide choice, one of the best breakfasts of our trip to Indonesia. Possibility of renting a scooter (between 90 and 150,000). Room with mezzanine, comfortable for a family of 4 people. Balcony with beach view. Eco-friendly hotel with Indonesian style. Super friendly boss and very available. I highly recommend. Only downside: our taxi refused to accompany us to the front of the hotel because the last 800 meters are a steep climb and poor road. Otherwise apart from this little hiccup we had a superb stay."

"We Stayed at Sima hotel for 2 night's. Location was ideal just off main Street with the bars and restaurants nearby. Clean, spacious rooms with refrigerator, safety deposit box. There are 2 swimming pools to enjoy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying here in Kuta Lombok."

"The hotel is generally good but without a bike there is nothing to do there. The rooms are already tired, they need repair. The breakfast is generally not bad. There is no trash in the rooms. The toilet and shower are in the room and there is no isolation at all, only a glass door and in the morning when you do your business you disturb others"

"This hotel offers a great stay with an amazing breakfast. They provide a shuttle bus service to the town area. However, the beach here is not as nice as Gili Meno, for instance, and the Tanjung Aan area, which is supposed to have beautiful white sand beaches, has been deteriorated. I recommend this hotel for a staycation, but it is definitely not an ideal spot for a beach holiday."

"Room was clean however bugs were a common sight. Open toilet is prone to having mosquitoes. Room is large and has a large bed and sofa. Breakfast is not buffet style but is served in a set. Choose from a menu and have it either at the restaurant or delivered to your room. TV quality is horrible. Staff kept promising to send an engineer to help fix the issue, however no one ever came. Staff only said that issue can't be resolved during our stay, sorry. Disappointed with this aspect. Request for late check out was rejected as they cited that there was another guest booking. However room remained vacant for the next few days. I knew because I booked another stay in a different room. A blatant lie. Very disappointing. Presence of free roaming animals were a cute touch."

"We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool and a green area with soft cushions, surrounded by palm trees. Breakfast is available all day. The reception staff helped us rent a bike and call a taxi to the airport. Everyone was incredibly positive and wonderful!"

"The staff especially the General Manager were excellent to deal with and very supportive and helpful to any queries you have.  The breakfast was excellent with a great variety changing daily some dishes too being great.  The room and amenities was very good great bathroom plenty of hot water, wifi fantastic and very clean everything.  This was a very relaxing stay for nine days enjoying the pretty beach to swimming in the pools.  I certainly would recommend coming here to this nice part of Lombok."
