The hotels pictures are beautiful on line, but donβt be fooled. The hotel is long in the tooth! Our room had torn carpeting, broken shower floor, mold in shower, wallpaper peeling off and the lumpiest beds ever. Left mgmt a letter. No call back.

Donβt be fooled by the relatively new look of this place. Itβs cheap and nasty. To the point where they donβt even put quilt covers on the quilts. Gross. Furthermore the place just stinks. Literally. Its main feature is that it has a hot spring in the middle of the complex. This is a design flaw as the hot spring smells of sulphur (rotten egg) and it goes through everything, including the bedding and pillows. It was disgusting. If this wasnβt bad enough, the night we stayed there, there was a function on that played nonstop music that went through the entire complex at ridiculous levels. Sitting in our rooms we had to talk over the music it was that loud. This went until 12:30am and stated again at 6am!! Hands down the worst experience Iβve had at a hotel. Below is complaint I wrote to the hotel. Their response was a no to the refund and did not even apologise. Hello Iβd like to express how disappointed we were with our stay at your hotel and request a refund for last nightβs accommodation. Allowing the music to be consistently so loud from when we arrived around 6pm and to continue until 12:30am and then to begin again at 6am is appalling customer service and showed zero consideration for your guests who did not attend the function. We were unable to sleep or escape the constant racket. Furthermore we were unable to have breakfast which was included in our price. At the very least we should have been advised of the function and given a choice to cancel our reservation. I feel a refund is a more than reasonable request and I look forward to you actioning it accordingly.

Sangaaaaat recommended right. I will review About the condition of the room, same as in the photo, room with 1 bed and bathroom inside. Clean bathroom, live water. Wc sit.
the bed was clean,the sheets were clean,and 2 quilts were given because it was really cold here.
For the toiletries, you can ask the Guard.
it is very convenient because it is far from the noise,quieter than other places.
Most important point, the guard/owner of the inn is very friendly and very good, talking connected as if I have known for a long time hahaha, always healthy yaaa bik. The night guard is also friendly.
the room can also be used as a photo spot.
There is parking for cars and motorcycles as well.
free hot spring tickets too.the luxury of a cheap price is already the same as the hot spring.

Have stayed several times at this hotel, as it is one of the best hotel at Brastagi. But this time got a very bad experience. Going on weekday to avoid the crowd on weekend, but yet hotel is fulfilled with so many bunchs of group from government. All of the surroundings from once you step into the hotel till the way you get into your room are fulfiled with the smell of their cigarattes that make the air is not refreshing. It really gives a feeling like you are entering and staying at a hostel instead of a 4-5* hotel. Even they dare to smoke in the non-smoking breakfast area and no staff concerned. Staying at super-deluxe which is newly renovated, turns out having itchy skin on both hands and legs coz of the cleanliness of the bed sheet. Dunno its a bed-bugs or not, but there are some snacks residue and stain on the bed. Cleaning staff must be improved! They even forgot to refill the tea/coffee sachets and i have to ask it from reception. Really cannot enjoy the night.. the groups are having a party at the azalea with so large speaker sound till late midnight. Hotel should consider the other guests especialy those staying with elderly or infant. Can you imagine till 2am and still so noisy! Ohmygod.. my baby cannot sleep well and cranky all the nights. Hotel should not give permissions to use the hall till so late and disturb other guests. This is really unfair..we also pay for our stay! Super Deluxe room is so damn hot. Turn on the ceiling fan, and dust from the fan fell down to bed. Ohmygod, complete! Hot+Noisy and also can hear other baby was crying from another room..This group really did a good job on spoiling the holiday of the rest of the hotel guests. Mikie Holiday should re-manage group rules, despite it comes from government or public.
