They go to great lengths for their guests. We left a small bag in the hotel after checkout to go waterfall. After waterfall our guide was texted about the left behind bag. They eventually sent one staff to bring the bag on motorbike to meet us at Lumbang market ( about half hour from hotel) . Really appreciate the super awesome service. Many thanks Hendri & Bromo Terrace Hotel. Will certainly recommend this hotel because it’s breakfast is sumptuous & ambience is serene too. Good job Bromo Terrace!!!

Very convenient location and beautiful view! Before the watch 4 minutes on the bike, and to the cafe and to the path to the volcano - 4 minutes on foot. The door was not locked, so it was possible to walk out of the hotel quietly at night to meet dawn. The only thing, in the room is very cold, but there are blankets.

The room is generally hygienic and relatively old.
The two car rentals recommended by the hotel lobby were extremely expensive, and I ended up not renting a car as the hotel recommended.
If you have dinner at the hotel on the night of the 31st, you must order the New Year’s Eve buffet, which is expensive. Finally, I went out and walked 2.5 kilometers back and forth to buy instant noodles.

It should be the top 1-2 hotel at the foot of Bromo Mountain. The hotel itself is already in the mountain. It takes half an hour to drive from the hotel up the mountain to the horse riding base camp. There is hot water for washing, the breakfast is quite rich, and the facilities are average. After all, it is at the foot of the volcano compared to the surrounding B&Bs. Much better, overall in line with expectations. With the kids, I didn’t catch the sunrise and slept until five o’clock when I went up the mountain. I first saw the crater and then went to the distant view. I came down for breakfast at nine o’clock. It was easy to arrange people at different peaks.

1. The hotel is in a good location, a five-minute walk from a small observation deck.
2. The food in the hotel restaurant is delicious, and each dish costs about 35 yuan. The menu only has text, and many people may not know what it is, so many people go to order the hot pot.
3. There are many types of breakfast, and the taste is very good.
4. It will be very cold at night, you can ask the hotel for a quilt and a heater, and the hot water seems to be OK, enough for a family of three.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. However value for money is very poor. Soundproofing is nonexistent so you can hear all the noise coming from the noisy road, other rooms and the reception.
Other reviewers talk about the view from this place. It’s nothing special if you have taken in the magic of views hiking (not in some stupid jeep) in the national park.

The room is very old, hot, no windows, no air conditioning, but fortunately the yard environment is OK, the equipment is not good. There are spider bugs, which scared me to death. However, because I have to climb bromo at 1 am, it is OK to stay for a few hours for a while.

AAnonymous User就是火山小村裡的一間民宿，參考農村自建二層房標準就行。自行辦理入住，適合I人。設施一般，屬於是可以湊合睡幾個小時的程度，不過床還是非常舒服的。 民宿外的環境非常安逸，一切都非常的慢生活，走幾步路爬上一個小坡就能看到 bromo 全景。如果是需要凌晨去爬 bromo 的，整體還是推薦入住的。
