"Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent."

"I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations"

"The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel. The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything. The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice. From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees). The dinner was great. And the best thing is a swimming pool."

"The staff went out of the way to help us on numerous occasions. The female breakfast chef, Babita, even made us some gluten free bread to take as snacks during our Agra visits.  We also enjoyed the gym and pool and the neighboring cafes (all within a 10 minute-walk)!"

"I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. "I couldn't find anything I was dissatisfied with. There were no problems with the shower water pressure, hot water temperature, drainage, or smell, which are of concern to Japanese people. The shower room also had a glass door, so the toilet floor didn't get soaked. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was very satisfying. The front desk staff are always smiling, and although the exchange rate isn't very good, they will exchange your money for Japanese yen."
