"I recently stayed at this hotel, which claims to be a 5-star property, but in my opinion, it's more of a 4-star hotel. The stay was generally good, with comfortable rooms and decent service. However, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Additionally, the spa was not operational during my stay, which was a disappointment. Overall, it's an average hotel that needs to work on its amenities and services to live up to its 5-star claim. "This is a new resort. But the amenities, rooms etc were all great. The staff was polite, prompt and very courteous all the time. My family had a very comfortable stay. They honoured our all our requests for our diabetic parents. Special mention of Ms. Sangeeta at the restaurant for serving us with a smile! The food was all so good and well made. We tried the lal maas and it was mind blowing!
Some constructive feedback that can make this resort better:
1. Keep body wash, hand wash etc filled
2. Charging points on either side of the bed
3. Towels at the swimming pool
4. Instead of providing small 150-200 ml water bottles and increasing more plastic waste, provide 1 litre water per person per day
5. Keep the edges of the pool clean"

"We stayed 1 night in this magical, unique experience during our India visit. This is a must stay as you get the chance to get immersed and lost in this historical site which is full of paths and doorways that leads all around the compound so you can get lost without really getting lost! Amazing spread for the dinner buffet plus our stay included complimentary high tea and a evening cultural show which featured the talents that performed on Britain's Got Talent! "Nice place. Our booking was upgraded to ”premier cottage” or ”tent rooms”.
Staff is very courteous. RATES ARE CHEAP. VERY REASONABLE.
They sent ”golf cart” and ”resort car” to rooms promptly whenever was asked.
Food at restaurant zaika was very good.
Rooms were nice and clean.

CCory RobertWe stayed in a safari tent and experience glamping for the first time. The bed and linens were most comfortable. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We had an issue with the shower head and it was rectified quickly. The electricity went out frequently but only for brief periods.
The staff was attentive and kind. I would recommend this place for people on a Sariska safari to Tehla gate.

The place is at a quiet location to take you away from the city hustle bustle. You can enjoy the sound of nature while experiencing luxury facilities like spa, pool, indoor n outdoor activities. The food here is yumm. I found breakfast the best meal among all the 3. Their hospitality is good. It was a great stay so far for us.

GGuest UserWe stayed at vanshav hotel with our family, my mother and father were also there, everyone enjoyed a lot here, the room is neat & clean, the bathroom is neat & clean, the swimming pool is neat & clean, specially the food is very tasty & 100% fresh, pane-er fresh, hotel owner deepak and manager rink u singh took care of my mother's father like our home, socially they did not feel that they were in a hotel, the hotel owner also made us visit the pandupol hanuman temple, everyone in the temple were acquainted with hotel owner deepak, hence deepak ji made us feel like a vip in the temple as well. Both the hotel and the behaviour of the hotel owner are wonderful. I request all guests to visit sariska once and they must come here forever 5 * rating

GGuest UserVisited Alwar with family recently and stayed @ Cygnett after checking a few properties. Though located on bypass road, the rooms were spacious & cozy, food was delicious & staff was courteous. Fully enjoyed our stay. Recommend to must visit City Palace/Moosi Maharani in evening (before sunset) for awesome photography.
