I recently stayed at Ginger Panjim, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing overall. While the location has its advantages, several key areas need significant improvement. Good Location for Official Work On the positive side, the hotel is well-located for anyone needing to attend meetings or conduct official work in Panjim. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to access local businesses and government offices, which was a major plus during my stay. Poor Breakfast Buffet However, the breakfast buffet was a letdown. The selection was quite limited, and many of the items seemed stale. I was expecting a more enjoyable breakfast experience, but it felt rushed and unappetizing. Poor Food Taste The quality of the food overall was disappointing. The dishes I tried lacked flavor and freshness, which was surprising given Goa’s rich culinary scene. Dining at the hotel didn’t provide the enjoyable experience I was hoping for. Conclusion In summary, while Ginger Panjim offers a convenient location for official work, the poor breakfast options and overall food taste significantly detracted from my stay. I would recommend exploring other dining options nearby if you decide to stay here, as improvements in these areas are desperately needed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

This hotel is perfect in terms of everything be it the food or the ambience or even the people. We were assisted by the manager who was extremely courteous and accommodating to everything we needed. We loved the place so much that the 2 days we were there we did not get out of the hotel for lunch or dinner.

I had stayed at Grand Hyatt Goa for 3 nights with family. Check in was very smooth. Mridusmitha was really a great help. Special thanks to Front office ***ager V***n and the team.It was such a great experience where we had spent an entire day inside the property enjoying all the facilities. The property is very close to nature with lot of greenery. Kids enjoyed the variety of recreation activities. My son did a sailing course and I strongly recommend this activity. It was great fun and the entire team of aqusail were very friendly and professional. The pools were well maintained and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Gaurav and Naresh from pool side. The spa and fitness center was amazing and very well maintained. Special thanks to spa director Dr. Ratheesh for ensuring a great experience at the property and assisting on planning our days there. The food was yummy. Special thanks to the great service at Lounge from Vikas. House keeping staff were very thorough and room was Luxurious and very well maintained. Special thanks to the house keeping ***ager Mr. Panda for checking on us throughout the stay. Overall it was an amazing and memorable experience. Thank you Grand Hyatt Goa team.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! All in all the stay was good or okay. The staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean. Unfortunately it was really hot and there was no ac. The fan only worked on the highest level super fast so there was a lot of wind, which hurt my throat. I asked for some hot water to make myself some tea but that wasn’t possible. My partner found out there was a nice terrace on the day we left - would be great to know about that earlier. Also the warm shower water didn’t work- only sometimes for a short period in the afternoon.
