It was close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and there was hot water every time.
Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits and sweets. Also, when we returned to the hotel, they gave us plastic bottles and juice, which was very kind.

The sound insulation is very bad, the room has no privacy, the toilet lid is crooked, the shower is very cold, because there is no door, the bed and the bathroom are only one meter, the bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, which means sleeping next to the bathroom, 555. This hotel has two buildings. We eat in the old building and live in the new building. They are 300 meters apart. The front desk of the new building is often empty, and no one answers the phone when I call. There's really nothing to eat for breakfast. I could only eat three omelettes. The coffee tastes terrible too. This price is not cost-effective at all. The pictures are beautiful, I won’t go to this place again.
In comparison, I think Hotel City Star is extremely cost-effective. We stayed there the day before. The room was clean and tidy. It was like a home in China. The breakfast was rich, with both meat and vegetables. The creamy mushroom macaroni was super delicious and the coffee was fragrant. No wonder that hotel is full of foreigners. The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. .

I stayed for a night here at the end of a recent G Adventure. I have plenty of good things to say. It has a good location in Karol Bagh with a couple of nice bars directly outside. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and efficient. So why only 3 stars? Because it was like a building site inside. To be fair, the renovations are only in the attempt to improve the place. But when I left my room I was stepping over builders materials and equipment, hardly relaxing after days and days on the road travelling India. That said, I'd happily stay here again if I'm back in Delhi as I'm sure it'll be in good shape by then.

Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me.

I didn’t know what to expect out of hotels in Paharganj - we have got all sorts of them. I landed in this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and I was happily surprised. I booked two executive rooms for my family as we had a transit via NDLS. The location is excellent! Two minutes walk to the New Delhi railway station, and from there, we have an Airport line to easily connect to the terminals in less than 20 minutes of train ride. The hotel rooms are clean, the bathroom is shiny, the sheets are clean, and the AC is good. The room service staff was also prompt, and we didn't have any problems at all. It is a good value for money and highly recommended to those looking for a budget hotel in a location concerning the NDLS.

The front desk staff is absolutely the highlight of this hotel. Overall the location is in a fairly dirty and overwhelming part of Delhi but close to a lot of convenient attractions and metro station. I wouldn’t come here if you are with your family but as a group of 25 year old male travelers it was great.

First of all thanks to staff members they all deal with us very politely and also in a good behavior. They are all good. My colleagues are also very happy. And bed room service is too much good. A class ac room and well neat and clean every facilities is provided by staff. After all food facilities and food quality is very good it was very delicious and fresh food. SSarah and EricWe had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro.
Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out.
Overall a good stay. We would return.

one of the most affordable and ease to use hotel nearby New Delhi railway station ( a walking distance) i reached 6 am, 6 hrs prior to my booking and the happily adjusted early chekin without taking a single penny. room was good, having a iron, hair dryer, coffee/tea facility and other ametities. Again after 2 days i came here to spent 3 hrs at lounge area waiting for my nearby train and they fain happily welcomed me as a recent guest. i have booked this property again for november 24 booking.. great place to stay.......

GGuest UserThe ac will be turned off by the hotel and you have to often ask them to switch it on. There was no continuous water supply throughout the day. We have to notify them about the shortage of water. And there is no hot water supply. Wi-fi is very weak wasn't working at all. The food is quite good and available even late at night.

Nice,clean place. The other bad reviews do have some points of correctness but you're in the middle of New Delhi Bazaar! Yes, it's on a side street Yes, it's not 4 or 5 star but it's clean and the staff are very friendly & helpful. It really is an experience staying in Delhi but it's a true taste of the capital & how the people live here! The only downsides were having a room by reception as quite noisy all night & a sewage smell from the street from about 6am to 7am but it wasn't all night. Pros - Suitable location Cons - Room by reception. Enjoy your stay it's an experience to be here!

4487DHANESH487I stayed for 3 nights for a business visit to Delhi . The rooms are spacious , with a sofa in it . Most of hotel rooms at Karol Bagh have congested rooms . But this hotel took me with surprise . The breakfast is just very basic and not tasty at all . In fact the breakfast hall is small . The location of the hotel is on a jewellery street . The hotel is at walking distance to Karol Bagh metro station .
