"Sagar international has been one of the best hotels in durga for ages now, the highlight being it's walking distance from the railway station. The hotel infrastructure is like any 4 star hotel and staff in general is good. However there are a lot of things you will need to take note off: 1) room category and pricing: we took a penthouse room looking at the size of 400 sq feet and pics. However, the room category doesn't exist! the room provided was a galaxy room which was almost half the size and definitely not the one in pics. I paid for the room whereas the hotel reception's rate card for a galaxy room was with a 24 hours checkin/ checkout model. The reception staff never agreed to this though. Hence, as a suggestion, look at multiple rooms across categories and then choose your room. Also, check the ac functioning before hand. 2) the breakfast included is very basic. Don't expect much. 3) the room service food is fast but very passable. Order room service only if you need to. You will get far better food nearby or through zomato at half the price. We did a late checkout for an additional amount which was quite ok."

"The hotel is conveniently located in bhilai, with clean and spacious rooms. However, the constant vehicle noise from outside disrupted sleep, which was disappointing. The staff was courteous, and room service was prompt. While the hotel offers good value for money, upgrading room soundproofing and adding leisure facilities would enhance the experience. The suite room was very spacious. They offer bathtub as well."
