Location wise its good. But rooms are very small and no vantilaton. If any one book non ac room then he/she feel safocation. Otherwise its good.

The stay was amazing. Very clean place. The food is just delicious. We all enjoyed our stay. Worth visiting again.

Location and food were good, but the hotel staff and management need much more improvement in service, any service was not done by staff by calling them once. I remembered them 4 to 5 times for each service, then it happens finally. Hotels infrastructure need renovation and proper maintenance, that was not seen by me. Rooms were big, that was only positive point i found, otherwise need much more improvement in maintenance and service.

it was a comfortable stay. hotel is at nice location.. big in size with all modern ammenities. polite staff ... especially restaurant staff. vits is bigger brand... needs no recommendation. i still recommend. 🙏

I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent visit. While my previous experience was rated as good, i found my recent visit to be average. This was primarily due to the absence of a buffet, which was a key factor in my earlier positive experience. Additionally, the food we ordered from the menu did not meet our expectations, leading to unnecessary waste. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future visits can meet the standards we have come to expect.

This hotel is average , not bad, not good. They do not sever food, breakfast , tea timely, tea without sugar is main issue. Staff is very nice, polite, cleanness not bad, bathroom clean is not good, wet & dry area mixup, need to be maintenance. Location is No.1, Carl is very good. I gave slight below 3star. I suggest hotel arrange serve tea & like simple toast round the clock or very early morning.We face this issue.

Hotel is good, stayed in room no 406. Plumbing fittings to be replaced. Shower had leakage. Holes of health faucet are clogged. Ac couldn't be controlled. So we had to turn off during the midnight. Rest everything is fine. Super breakfast and hospitality.

The staff of the hotel was very good my booking was third party and I got the last room on the road side and as I had an exam the next morning the road noise disturbed my sleep. So, on my request, they gave me a room in the middle and changed it, few hotels take care of such things.
