I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay. Pictures attached of our room toilet, Stairs right in front of a room, and stairs adjacent to our second room which was attached to the kitchen.

definitely one of the best hotels here. It is supposed to be about 5 years old. India is often loud, the street with the main entrance, even when there are parties in the hotel, at breakfast there is often television and loudspeakers in parallel. Breakfast usually has something for everyone, but not much meat. The hotel food in the evening is good, hotel guests get a discount. In the rooms the air conditioning is on and too loud, or off... and it quickly gets too warm. A ceiling fan can be set to low. There is a small gym and a pool, but it looks dirty. There are always short power outages, the internet is pretty unstable everywhere in Kanpur.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, especially the restaurant staff. It really showed that they prioritised customer's ease and satisfaction. The rooms are also spacious and comfortable. Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Little Chef Hotel on the 8th of May, arriving late into the night. Despite the hour, Mr. Aman, the receptionist, greeted me with a warm smile and exemplary hospitality. I highly recommend the little chef Hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and a truly unforgettable experience. Hotel located at city centre and very near to rave 3 mall. Hotel front/reception ambiance was good. I booked executive room (old wing) which was not up to the mark, old rooms, expensive, whole night ac was creating problem, getting off itself. Service phone was also not working so very difficult to raise complaint at reception. Rooms were also far from main building so impossible to go to reception at night. Overall experience was not good at all. Best part of this hotel was restaurant staff behaviour only. They were serving buffet breakfast in restaurant and limited variety not such great. Hotel pool was also not working.

I had booked the hotel for three days by mmt. It is located away from city crowd but not too far. Check in was hassle free within no time. Reception and staff had warm behaviour ready to help in all possible ways. Room tariffs were also reasonable. Ac in my room was not working and after complain they changed and upgrade the room with no extra cost. Cleaniness was great. Restaurant food was also very tasty.
