Search Best Hotels in Khammam

I stayed in grand gayatri for a day with my wife. The ambiance at hotel was good, staff were alert and helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious. The mini bar had adequate supply and toiletries were sufficient. Room service was prompt. They have not provided a locker in the wardrobe. Also i missed to note tissue papers. Between 4-7 pm, no snacks were available in restraint. The overall experience was good.

Khammam is a relatively small town and we were not expecting a great deal. But when it took a while for hot water to flow and the phone did not work we were underwhelmed. The food was excellent and the staff were polite and did their best to help.

The hotel is located centrally in a busy area but was marked wrongly on google maps. It has a dedicated parking. The Check in was uneventful. The keycards to the room didn't work properly. The rooms were furnished well, but maintenance seemed to be bad. The linens were not clean and they were some other guest artefacts lying in the toilet. The TV also didn't have many channels subscribed. They also have some pretty absurd rules that you cannot bring your own drinking water into the hotel.
