"Arriving there already gives a shabby impression from the outside. Check-in was efficient but room allocated wasn’t really impressive and didn’t look at all as the room photos that are shown on the website and was actually quite shabby also. Questioned staff regarding this and was told that photos are of super deluxe rooms. Looked at other deluxe room options but only one acceptable had still to be cleaned. Opted to upgrade to a super deluxe room and paying the difference on the spot. Room was way better but still nothing like shown on the photos. Eventually room was comfortable, with good working AC. Room was clean, good large bed and also a good shower. Veg food available via room service, but no tandoori bread items available and also too much masala is being used in food preparation. Aloo ghobi was just a brownish sludge in a bowl tasting only masala. Food prices are ok but quality can be improved. Room presentation makes a huge difference, next morning housekeeping had prepared deluxe rooms differently giving a complete different impression as the night before. Be aware that currently there is no elevator available, as construction is currently being done to finalise installation of an elevator. "
