Hotel is located in residential area, but very good staff and sleep quality. Food quality is good only veg. For parking they have open space in front of hotel. Some good restaurants are available in walk in distance. Although hotel is new but very good hospitality. Go for it.

The reception at the entry was lukewarm. Basic items like soap, tea bags etc were not provided for by the hotel. The blanket spread on the bed had holes in it. In this winter season electric kettle is one of the essentials in a hotel room to have hot water which was not there. I had to make a request to get it after assuring to pay the charge therefor. Let the hotel hike the tariff and provide the facilities. Alternatively, the staff at the reception may be trained to offer to the guests an upgrade to next higher category room for more comfort with an extra price. Many guests like me would take it keeping in view the season and duration of stay.

The rooms were quite old but clean though. Bathroom was so clean and neat. But service was very slow i would rate 1 for service

In my organization where I work, our Chairman used to say “Smell of a Place” – which in short means that people perceive one place by what they see, what they feel and how they are treated. Let me elaborate this from my experience in Hotel Florence: I had made this booking 1 month on advance and Mr. Aman who assisted, was very kind and trusting to confirm the booking without asking for any advance! That’s Trust! I had requested for a late check-in and I arrived almost at midnight. In the security there was Mr. Shaikh – he was quick to assist me with the parking and soon came running Mr. Salman to help with the luggage. Both were so much caring, even at such wee hours! This is a true reflection of hospitality Check-in process was smooth and we were escorted by Salman to our room. Spacious room with delightful washroom, neat towels, linens and everything was clean and tidy. Morning we had a sumptuous breakfast – it has a nice touch of Punjabi cuisine – chole bhatore, paneer paratha etc – again the staffs were very courteous and ready to help Overall our stay at the hotel was fantastic and the cherry on the icing is that its very much pocket friendly!

The hotel located well, but sign board missing and cannot be located in nights, rooms are crampy, ill ventilated, no cafetaria, no toilet kits and even towels were provided. Location is good and near by to railway station & hazer saheb gurudwara. Staff were receptive and well behaved and helping nature. Water supply and electric supply was continuous and no problem.

There were frequent power failures during my stay, no generator system. No tea coffee kettle provided in the room. Restaurant and food was good. Hotel staff was prompt in service. Per night stay seems overpriced. Location is wonderful, just cross railway station gate and see the hotel tea and food 24 hour available at below the hotel street
