The rooms were comfortable, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A special shout-out to Surojit at The Square restaurant for his outstanding service—he truly made our dining experience memorable. One incident, in particular, stood out for us and is something we will never forget. After checking out of the hotel, we realized an hour later that I had forgotten my handbag in the lobby washroom. We immediately contacted the hotel, and Shadbad was quick to respond. He confirmed that they had found the bag and assured us it would be couriered to our residence. Pooja from the housekeeping team went out of her way to arrange the courier quickly. What impressed us most was the hotel's transparency—they proactively informed us about the cash inside the bag and even offered to transfer it to our bank account to ensure the courier could be sent safely without any risk. This level of professionalism and coordination by the entire Novotel team was truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for their support and exceptional service. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable and ensured our belongings were returned safely.
