"I had an exceptional stay at regenta central. The staffs were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was immaculate, spacious, and luxuriously decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities too were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the sea view from my room and if anyone wants to seek a serene environment, far from crowd, you should definitely go for this one. And trust me you wont regret. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and made me feel valued. I highly recommend regenta central to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience and yes, i”ll definitely return! highlights which i need to mention- - cleanliness and comfort

"When booking the hotel failed to advise that the pool was closed for maintainace for the entire 3 days booking. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and paid more than we would normally pay because we wanted a pool"

"It's a sterling property which is time share program. So good sea facing rooms are reserved for members. When we stayed here, it was booked for a wedding. So too ***y people around the resort. Location is bit outside of the main Puri area. So if you have your own vehicle then no issues. It right on the beach but accesing beach is not easy and this part of the beach is dirty. Restaurant is nice. Food is good. Pool is nice. Game room is good but some items are chargeable. No spa here."

"The hotel is centrally located, about 900 metres from the beach. My room is facing the street, so it is noisy and some affects the rest. In fact, it will not be quiet without facing the street. The room was clean and the sheets were a bit old. The morning buffet is good and there are not many people. There are two points to note that the hotel cannot use international credit cards, so if foreigners spend at the hotel, they can only pay cash at checkout. Second, the check-out time required by the hotel is 8:00 in the morning. If you need to extend the check-out, you will have to pay. It is not expensive, tens of yuan per hour, 8 o'clock check out is a common practice in the local area. In short, in Puri, the requirements for the hotel are not too high, and the hotel in Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha, will not work. This hotel is okay."

"Food quality is excellent...rates are a bit high but quality wise it's good.. location is excellent...2-3min walk to sea beach..you cross the road and you will reach the beach...market is very near.. services are also upto the mark..only the electric kettle was not working properly.. otherwise everything was fine...you can choose this property undoubtedly.. good for family. We are fully satisfied with their services."

The only thing good about the hotel is location.
There is only one helper at one time therefore it took a lot of time to settle and therefore room service was too slow.But when it was the time to check out there staff stood in front of our rooms which was too rude .
And there are atleast 2 hotels operating in the same building
I won't recommend this hotel to anyone
there are better hotels nearby which you can look for

GGuest UserThe hotel is in the by lanes of Baliapanda. Behind the Light house. As such no views from the hotel while sea beach is 5 mins walk. Sri Jagannath temple would take 20 mins by rickshaw. Stayed in a delux AC room. The room was indeed spacious however the bathroom lock was broken, the AC temperature couldn’t be controlled below 25 while in the bathroom ( shower ) the soap case / rack was broken. Food is very expensive while they start breakfast (shocked that they don’t even provide 2 complimentary bottle of mineral water had to buy that too Rs 30 / bottle) only after 8 am & simultaneously ask to vacate the room as check out time is 8 am as well. As it was a last moment decision for a darshan of Lord Jagannath had no much option & stayed here.

GGuest Usernice spacious room with sea view and attached bathroom. but the basin is not in the bathroom but outside near the door. the hotel has lift (which was working when we were there) so no problem to get to the higher floors. they also have clean and spacious restaurant attached with affordable food like fish thali for ₹130/- (what we had there).
