Property is lush green with awesome landscaping located beside the lake. Executive rooms are very spacious. Staff were very courteous & polite. Food is average, non veg food is lacking taste. Breakfast options are limited & not at par with 5 star standards. Too many outside bulk booking present in teapot area. Group booking of males some company drunken people were disturbing the dining guest & violating 5 star ambience. These people were crowding the buffet area & started eating while standing near by serving area as if like crowd does in shaadi halls, people should take there respective seats at assigned tables while dining. Lastly infrastructure is amazing. Amenities good.

The stay has always been fantastic with the Shamrock as I am a frequent traveller and usually prefer Shamrock greens for the stay. The ambience is quite good , the environment is friendly , the staff are friendly and most importantly, the front office manager Mr Ansari is now a friend after frequent visits. I would say the hospitality overall in the Shamrock is just awesome.

The property is centrally located with easy access to public transport. They have an in house veg restaurant and the quality of the food as well as the portions served are good. The breakfast buffet is adequate but limited. The staff is pleasant and courteous and we did not face any major issues. On the down side, the rooms were a tad small for 2 adults. There was limited moving space. The lights too could have been more brighter. The tv and the electric kettle in the room were non functional. In-spite of informing them of the same, both were not rectified during our stay.

GGuest UserThe property is quite approachable at any point of the day by cabs or public transport, food is ok, the breakfast spread requires change taste as well as menu. The restaurant staff needs to be trained on hygiene and appropriate manners. The cleanliness was above par, service of housekeeping is good. The room is quite spacious. The bedding requires change, particularly the bed sheet, pillow covers.

PPratyaksh SomaniThe hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things.
The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff.
Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls.
Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

GGuest UserThe hotel and room ambience is a bit dim. The room ventilation and ac are average. For my appointed room there was a very blocked view. The bathroom design is not optimal to use shower as water splashes everywhere. And constrained for space.
