Good property with very good staff who is always eager to help. The food preparation is great and clean and tidy rooms. Few exceptional staff i encountered 1. Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay.

Had a really nice stay in the property, the rooms are spacious and the property has a vibe of the resort. The staff is cordial and helpful. The food was great as well. Overall would recommend this place for a wonderful stay while visiting Katra for darshan.

Very Welcoming and Friendly staff. Helpful with your stay as well. ***n at the front desk and Ravi in the restaurant were very polite, helpful and courteous. The food at the restaurant is delicious. Huge spread of breakfast and the deal that I signed up for - Breakfast and dinner was very convinient to me with Mata Darshan.

Very good hotel with nice and welcoming staff and accommodation available at a reasonable price. First of all the location of the hotel is very prime as it is at a walkable distance to the market which gives an ease if the guest are willing to visit the market. Their restaurant Tulsi serves good and delicious food which I ordered on elacarte. They make best of efforts to give rooms to guests if checkin is early but subject to availability, you must call and confirm this before if you want. Their rooms are well equipped with hot and cold air systems as well as water systems in washrooms. Overall very good experience, thank you.

Rooms : Lobby ***ager given us best sute room it was very big as compared to other hotels in katra. Also it’s well furnished I geve 10 out of 10 to rooms of this hotel hotel lobby also specious and clean staff of hotel was helping and polite everything was superb Hotel location is also approaching *** railway Road bazar and ***i road shop medical store restaurant everything is approached Hotel Tulip tree is good in all aspects we will recommend to everybody …thank u

GGuest UserOverall I recommend this hotel. It was a pleasant stay. My room was upgraded from premium to suite. Breakfast was good. Varieties of options was there like sandwiches, mini uttpam, corn flakes, chana bhatura, poha etc. Staff was helping in nature. I was provided free railway station transfer as well.
