"We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Clean. There is a heater. Delicious breakfasts. Upon arrival there were welcome fruits, chips and water. It was very pleasing, because we arrived late, did not want to go out to eat, but it was important to have a snack.
They helped with a taxi to the train station, at a price lower than what was offered in the city.
Of the minuses, very long registration and filling out a lot of paperwork upon arrival."

"In this small town, this hotel is the highest end, safe, complete facilities, the view of the Ganges River is very beautiful, close to the Ganges Festival in the evening, breakfast is printed, no special, mainly clean! I stayed for two days, breakfast and dinner are here, I have not pulled my stomach, the service is very good, the service staff is super enthusiastic. The speed of wifi is average. The fourth floor I live in is only a little faster than the mobile phone signal. The speed in the lobby is OK, but the overall speed of India is not high."

"The property is nice but the location isn’t that great. If location is important to you please choose gostops Tapovan. This one’s surroundings aren’t quite clean from outside nor is it v reachable. The staff is very nice and helpful though. I ended up forgetting some of my belongings at the room which they safely kept and handed over to the courier guy two days after my stay. The rooms and washrooms are clean with good space, spacious terrace and common rooms. They should start planning some group activities though which can help solo travellers connect with EO better may be like some musical experience or games. "

"Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms.
Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant.
Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons).
Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying."

"Perhaps unfortunately, I caught up on a long vacation in India and came to Rishikest, a place where the Beatles once visited to cleanse my soul. The traffic jam was so heavy that I doubted my life, and the level of chaos reached the highest level. In addition, there may be a big gap between our expectations for five-star hotels and the standards here. Such hotels in China may only be slightly better than B&Bs and government guest houses. The curtains can hardly block the light. When does it get bright and when do we have to After getting up, the only pleasant thing is that the hotel staff are very friendly. Although the buffet does not contain any meat, the variety is quite diverse. Do not choose to come during vacation. Not only is the price expensive, but you will not be able to appreciate the tranquility of the Ganges River."

We stayed at Hotel Azul Ganga for two nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a great location, close to the action yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The highlight for us was the beautiful rooftop view—perfect for soaking in the serene vibes of Rishikesh.
The breakfast was excellent, with fresh and delicious options that set us up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay.
Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Rishikesh. Highly recommended!

GGuest Userit was a very comfortable stay, the place is clean and well managed, staff is welcoming and smiling 😊 i loved the 4th floor yoga practice facility, complete with all accessories for yoga sessions and a serene backdrop of the ganges.

My room was bright and clean and comfortable. I needed a quiet room and the manager, Manglesh, was incredibly accommodating.
Every day he made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
Breakfast is great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The servers were all friendly and helpful especially Aman who was great at remembering my order. 
I also had lunch at the restaurant and the customer service was just incredible. Aman and the manager took really great care of me. 
The staff at the front desk and the housekeeping were also wonderfully helpful. (As a woman traveling alone, I am always quite pleased when there is a woman who can help me too. Many thanks to Kiran for her cheerful service.) The GM was available too and kindly willing to helpu if I needed anything.

It is a great hotel with a great location (right next to Parmarth Ashram and very near the Beatles ashram) and the staff make the experience truly wonderful.

GGuest UserI was very very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks YogVed 🙏🏼

The hotel was ideally situated for all the surrounding amenities not too far from Laxman Jhula.
Waking up every morning with the views and the sound of the Ganga were absolutely amazing..
The room was very clean and the staff were very courteous , polite and helpful.
I would certainly go back and recommend it

GGuest UserRecently stayed in this hotel and found all the things up to the mark, location is the best USP of this hotel, found very easily and, staff were courteous, room and washroom both were neat and clean, amazing and aesthetically pleasing roof top cafe..overall experience was great will definitely going to book this hotel again whenever travelling to Rishikesh 😊

GGuest UserHostel is good ✨️ but rates are a bit high in comparsion to other hostels who are same or better than it, doms are nice & have chairs too ,but pillows are a bit hard , there should be soft pillows , front office boy & Owner Kavita mam are also very helpful & polite , but there should be proper checkin procedure & entry of all details in register like number etc , yesterday night one alchoholic got checkin at 12 am night & was disturbing everyone in ground floor dom was even pulling curtain of my dom too , such people shall not be allowed , Hot water facilties are good too , there are 2 bathrooms in 8 bed doms again a good point which most hostels lack , Wifi is good too , Location is also accesible at laxman jhula market , hostel is good at levels but need improvements too 👍
