"The room was a bit small for my family of three. But the bathroom is very spacious. Room is also clean. Room does not have a kettle but there is a common pantry which was useful. The main issue was check in because the check in was not actually at hotel post itself but at the other hotel next door and instructions were not clearly given. We panicked a bit initially because we reached quite late and could not find a way to get into hotel post. Luckily we managed to call the hotel and was told that check in is in the other building."

"We booked last minute for a double room. The check in was smooth and the room is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and they have a lounge with free coffee that you can relax in. We had dinner in the restaurant, the food was good and the portion was generous."

"The breakfast at this hotel is not very rich. I imagined it a bit different, but if I’m hungry, it’s okay. The taste is generally not too rich. The lamb for dinner is very good but a bit expensive. This hotel is not expensive, I think it's good"

"Very helpful staff on a range of travel information, fantastic. The location beside the harbour beautiful and access to northern lights viewing with excellent staff guidance on where to try. Food delicious for dinner and breakfast. Rooms comfy quite clean and functional, warm shower, hot if you want, good WiFi"
