"Purtroppo la.valutazione non può essere reale perché è obbligatorio mettere le faccine ,ma io ho pagato ma non o usufruito in quanto l'hotel si è tenuto il 100% della penale per la cancellazione anche se ho dimostrato il motivo della cancellazione con foglio rilasciato dalla struttura per un intervento Rifiutato per vari problemi di salute .non chiedevo tutto il rimborso ma almeno potevo prendersi una penale del 60 %cosi facevano contenti anche il cliente purtroppo nulla.da fare .

"Very large hotel located at the motorway exit, very convenient for getting to Arezzo. Very friendly staff, excellent welcome, quick check-in.
Excellent breakfast, with lots of cakes and croissants, the savory part was also excellent, plentiful and varied, super friendly and helpful waiters.
I didn't like the cleanliness in the corridors of the rooms, dirty and stained carpet, large room, but there is no wardrobe, everything is left exposed. The square bathroom fixtures are very uncomfortable, especially the bidet, there is no presence in the room of another blanket and not even additional pillows, as usual the ones present are very thin, on the other hand the bed was very comfortable, there was no socket next to one side of the bed and in our bathroom there was a bathtub, very uncomfortable.
Paying €4 for a bottle of water at the bar is theft.
Overall 4* worth reviewing."

"The room is spacious, nice, clean. Service at height. Very important, bear in mind that the hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the roads and 20m from the window are trains, 1-2-3 per hour. When they pass - it is a lot of noise, but at the rest of the time the atmosphere is calm, even graceful."

"Every time I go to Arezzo, I live in this hotel. I like it very much. It is very close to the train station. It is very convenient. There is a supermarket next to it. It is also very close to the city center. The staff is very warm and likes it very much."

"good afternoon. the accommodation was not very satisfactory. Upon arrival, an elevator that could not accommodate two people with two hand luggage. one had to climb the stairs. four floors!!! then a not very friendly attendant. and finally, the frustration of a bathtub that, like the elevator, barely accommodated two people. When booking, they should ask if the person was a little older, it was not advisable to book this room. We booked because it was a more romantic room, but it shouldn't be sold as a double room. the beds were twins with a space in the middle where you couldn't sleep together. It was impeccably clean, but the building's plumbing was very old, the shower was full of water and the bathtub leaked water throughout the room. the location was great and the breakfast lady on the day of checkout was extremely polite and kind. The receptionist on the first day left something to be desired…"
