"It's a 3 stars hotel located not that far from the train station (15 minutes on foot), but far from the upper old town. Beautiful hotel interior related to Garibaldi. Clean, but cold room: I reckon it's because of potential issues with the construction allowing the wind to get into the room from the street. Very small single room. Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast area. Decent breakfast for 3 stars accomodation. Wi-Fi worked well."

"We stayed here for two nights and booked two rooms for two people each. The rooms are functionally furnished. Everything is immaculately clean and well-maintained. The bathroom, especially the shower, is very comfortable. The beds are also comfortable, the mattresses perhaps a little too hard, but just to my taste. All four of us slept very well. The young man at the reception was very nice and helped us find a good restaurant for lunch because the hotel restaurant was closed over the holidays. He even reserved a table for us by phone. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection, by Italian standards. The staff are also very attentive and nice."

"We (2 people) stayed at the Academia Residence in Bergamo for two days, from 11 to 13 April 2025. The price of the question – 29 022.50 rubles without breakfast (276.4€). Booked via Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The hotel said that the booking came through OSTROVOK!!! The hotel is located in the centre of Bergamo, in the old part of the city, on a narrow medieval street, in the ancient palace. It is very close to the Carrara Academy (recommended). The hotel is located near the train station. We had a large room (an improved, four-bedroom), windows it went out into a wonderful quiet garden where we had a separate exit and where we had a great evening time for a cup of tea. The room was large, with beautiful design and even with old furniture, there was all necessary: a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, toiletries. On the respiratory, there was always someone who was important to us, as it was necessary to leave things to the settlement, very friendly and attentive staff in the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. A little surprised, a fairly high tax - €15.9 for 2 nights we paid when leaving. On this trip we were also in Brescia, Verona, Padua and Venice (for example, in Venice - €30.0 for 7 nights) - everywhere the tax on residence was lower than in Bergamo. Rating of hotel and staff – 9 points!!! RECOMMENDED!!!"
