"Go to Milan Airport in the morning and stay for one night at night. The hotel itself is very good, the facilities are good, although it is very close to the station, but the noise is good. However, there are more black people here. When I go at night and in the morning, there are a few black people wandering."

"Good location as near train station. Excellent service from staff, only stayed 1 night, breakfast was good.
Only problem was that there was no aircon due to power outage the day before so was very humid and uncomfortable night. Staff did provide a fan which helped a bit"

"I managed to book the last available room quite late, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle service was a great convenience. The two gentlemen at the front desk were incredibly patient and attentive."

"The room is nice. But it is too far from the airport and there is no shuttle bus. It costs 20 euros to take a taxi. The hotel has a black car that can take you to the airport for 15 euros. So it costs 35 euros, and you can stay at the moxy hotel next to the airport. I suggest not to stay here. Don't try to save money like me. The hotel's towels are not obvious. I used the foot cloth to wipe my body. There is a smell. I didn't find it until the next day. It is not convenient to take the bus. It's a waste of time."

"The facilities are dated. They didn't even provide a toothbrush cup – really taking 'eco-friendly' to the extreme. The single bed was so small, even narrower than beds in Japan; I was constantly worried I'd fall off in my sleep.
On the bright side, the front desk staff was consistently excellent, always eager to help with any issues. To sum up: great staff, but the hotel itself is mediocre. It feels about two tiers below even a budget chain like Home Inn."

"It's very close to the airport and the location is easy to find. We got there very easily by taxi, but the service is average and there is basically no service. The price/performance ratio is still acceptable because it is very convenient to take an early flight. I will choose it again next time I come"

"The hotel is a bit far from the airport, and the room was quite small, definitely not suitable for families with children. We were so tired on the first day that we didn't even notice the AC wasn't working. Consequently, we woke up sweating from the heat on the second morning. When we reported the issue to the hotel, Ctrip's excellent service was a great reassurance; they immediately helped mediate. The hotel staff were also very accommodating, ultimately changing our room and offering a complimentary buffet breakfast for two as compensation."
