"a very well managed hostel, you can see their experience in this business, as they thought about everything. the dormatory room is spacious and clean. breakfast is good too. the staff is helpful and the whole place has a good vibe. bike storage is available too,on one inside terrace (not accessible for outsiders) only downside, the area didn't feel safe, got nearly attacked by some ***** *** on the street nearby, but that's of course not the hostels fault. would definitely pick this hostel chain again when going to Italy."

"It is just next to the train station and you can easily walk to the city or use the punlic transport. The hotel is old of course but everything was in working condition. I thought people were exaggerating in the reviews but it is true that you can hear noise from other rooms and corridors. My sleep is heavy so i didn't have a problem with it."

"The hotel is located directly opposite Genoa train station, offering views of the surrounding area and the station from the windows. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most city center attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There is no on-site parking, so guests will need to use paid parking facilities nearby."

"A great hotel right next to the train station. The historic center and the port are just a stone's throw away. There is a lift station nearby, from where you can ride up the hills and look at Genoa from above. The hotel itself is brilliant. Everything is at a high level. At first, the wallpaper design on the walls in the photos on the Internet was alarming, but in real life it looks nice, and the hot air balloon under the ceiling that echoes the wallpaper design finally melted my heart. The view from the balcony in the room onto the square is breathtaking. The cleanliness in the room is perfect, the wonderful slippers came in handy. The room was warm and comfortable to sleep in in winter. The beds were comfortable, and we had a wonderful rest. The restaurant is very nice, such a typical family Italian restaurant, very cozy. We arrived late, did not have the strength to appreciate the terrace of the neighboring Savoy, so there will be a reason to come back!)"

"All perfect in the hotel. Large room with giant bathroom and unfair cleaning, friendly staff and available. Excellent sweet breakfast. Perfect location if you want to visit the aquarium and the historic center. The only note is that the conventional parking has a whole plan dedicated to electric cars but the columns did not work. Fortunately, just below the hotel there is one!"

"Arrived with my handicap husband to the hotel. The door man just looks at me taking all off from the car. I bring the cart to take the luggGe and bring it inside - still he looks at me - no help what so ever even when the reception saw me -  still no help  The room in a very low maintenance- sticky floor and poor bath  The parking at the hotel cost 20 euros per day  We’ve just wanted to leave as soon … so from me not recommendation - mostly because of their attitude !"

The entire experience was flawless, and I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next trip to Genoa!"

"The traffic is not too convenient, but it is close to the airport. We only got off the plane in the early morning and the taxi was not too expensive. The toilet in the room was quite big and the hotel staff was very friendly."

"After booking for one night, I renewed it for another night. It is not far from cruise terminals such as the Heart of the Mediterranean, but it is still a bit far from the city center or the Genoa Aquarium. There is a three-story esselunga supermarket behind the hotel, and a Japanese buffet opened by Chinese people is diagonally opposite the hotel gate. Parking is very convenient. There is a special underground parking garage. There are also two gas stations next to it, and you can see the Genoa Lighthouse. The hotel environment is good, but there are many children in the lobby, which is noisy because of the entertainment facilities. There is also a piano in the lobby. At the beginning, the piano cover was opened, but because there were always children playing it randomly and making noise, the staff directly put a giant teddy bear on the piano stool and closed the piano."
