"The location on the outskirts of Monza is not ideal without a car, especially as Taxi service from the City Centre is extremely difficult to obtain. Personel is very helpful and professional. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. We arrived to early for an immediate check-in, so we left our luggage at the receptionand when we arrived in the evening our luggage was already moved to our room. Parking free of charge is a welcome extra."

"ОСТОРОЖНО МОШЕННИКИ! Забронировала отель за долго перед поездкой,долго выбирала по расположению, чистоте и уровню комфорта. Хочу сразу отметить, что на ресепшен 24/7 вас никто не ждет и не встречает, вы должны прибыть строго в то вр, которое указано в отеле 16.30-17.00, много раз видела уставших туристов под дверью данного отеля. В день моего заселения 5 декабря позвонили и сказали что нет воды и отопления, вот именно в день когда я прибываю отключили, предложили отель на 2 уровня хуже, на 200 м дальше, без всяких компенсаций и никаких др вариантов. Долго общались с ними и с представителем платформы где бронировали и 100% оплатили, кинули им скрины что данный отель дешевле, в итоге отель сказали приезжайте, все починили. Приехали вечером, уставшие все на нервах, но в отель Lozano San Paulo не пустили, просто не открыли даже дверь, позвонили по тел. регистрации и нам сказали идти в тот др отель. Отель замена это номер на чердаке, поднималась по узкой деревянной лестнице, дверь картонная, полы с щелями в палец, на потолке следы недавнего потопа. На нижнем этаже просто какая то череда столов, чтобы пройти в номер нужно пройти несколько таких уличных залов где крыша и столы, все это вечером наполняется местным населением и если возвращаешься после прогулки после 18.00 то попасть в номер не просто, нужно протиснуться сквозь столы и людей. Через 2 ночи сказали, что можно переселяться, но нужно заполнить электронную форму, форма не заполнялась все вр выдавала ошибку и администратор данного отеля сказала, оставайтесь еще на ночь, к слову это было уже около 20.00 дождь и холод. Утром администратор из отеля Nino сопроводила меня лично в отель Locando San Paulo, за 3ю ночь потребовали 90€ сказали ничего не знаем, каждый винил др отель, но похоже они в сговоре. Написала официальное письмо на итальянском, руководству отеля, попросила в качестве компенсации оплатить трансфер на дату выезда. Но никто реагировать и не собирался… Давно работаю в банковской сфере безопасности и мошеннические схемы вижу насквозь. Это оно и есть!!! Не рекомендую данное заведение, по факту выселяли ни одну меня таким образом, общалась и с др туристами проживающих лишь 1/2часть оплаченных дней в отеле, много историй услышала…. Вас тут не ждут, обманывают."
