"A very enjoyable stay! The breakfasts were delicious – both classic European options, as well as fresh fruit and local pastries (the cakes were a big plus). The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at every step. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from the train stop with connections to Lucca. We took the photos during our stay, so please excuse a bit of a mess – in reality, everything looks great."

"The hotel is quite grand and feels very historic, with oil paintings and pianos dotted throughout. I booked a room by the river, and the view was absolutely lovely. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful, providing a map and even highlighting various attractions for me. The only real headache was the toilet flush – the button was incredibly stiff and hard to control, making my finger sore from pressing it so hard. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was still very good."

"emm...People at the reception were pretty nice, but they didn't offer blankets or quilts. Just a bed sheet. I got nothing to cover me and the air-con was pretty cold. I tried to cover me with the bed sheet but then I started having itchy goosebumps everywhere I touched the bed. How unsanitary could the bed be and I seriously doubt if there were little bugs in there since what on earth was making me get goosebumps and itchy all over. I had no choice but go down to the reception at 2 am to ask for a blanket. Btw, the shower facility was the simplest I have ever seen. It could've just be called a bold tap installed in a higher position. You cannot take it down or anything. And there's this automatic lighting system that went off into darkness once in a while. And I have to wave my hand more than five times during take **** to make the room bright."

"Despite the room and the hotel itself looks old, the location is very great and it only takes you 3 minutes to get to the central station for airport transfer. The best thing here is the breakfast. There is a wide variety of food you can pick, and they all taste great, especially the dessert. Very impressive. Grazie mille."

"The room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective"

"Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!"

"Placed was clean, stayed only 1 night so it was fine. Great place if you want a place just to sleep. Location was near pisa tower, just a few minutes walk only. Surrounding area was good to explore. Moreover, the host was very nice and friendly."

"The room facilities are average, there is no kettle, but another hotel near the Leaning Tower of Pisa has one. Just like the hotel in Siena, if you want hot water, you can boil a kettle immediately, and you have to go down and bring it up yourself. The service in Siena is more old-fashioned, and the front desk is very polite to bring up the white porcelain kettle and two matching porcelain cup trays. The location is close to the train station, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport. The air conditioner is broken, but fortunately it was warm that day and it was ignored. The room upstairs makes a lot of noise when walking at night. The room given is not very good, and it feels a bit different. Anyway, it's just a one-night stay. I didn't eat breakfast. Pisa is a good town, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere."

"Well, these two receptionists were polite people. And breakfast is all right. However, place could be more elite for four stars because it's associative with two by facility and just showerhead in bathroom. I also wasn't glad to see a black long hair under bed's sheet."
