This review is about the SPA facilities. I advise everyone to book some treatments there as it’s truly relaxing and positive experience. I used the “Aqua journey treatment” (salt room/water massage/sauna/steam room etc) and I also booked a massage few times. All the staff is very friendly and professional, always there to help. I highly recommend a decontracting massage done by Maura as it was the best massage I’ve had in my life ! Maura is a highly professional and skilled masseuse. I left the table feeling like a new born man. I’ve had some problems with muscles around my neck for long time and couldn’t turn my head to one side completely and Maura also fixed this. Thank you again! In Italiano: Questa recensione riguarda le strutture SPA. Consiglio a tutti di prenotare alcuni trattamenti lì perché è un'esperienza davvero rilassante e positiva. Ho usato il ”trattamento Aqua journey” (stanza del sale/massaggio con acqua/sauna/bagno turco ecc.) e ho anche prenotato un massaggio alcune volte. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e professionale, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Consiglio vivamente un decontratturante massaggio fatto da Maura perché è stato il miglior massaggio che ho avuto nella mia vita! Maura è una massaggiatrice altamente professionale e qualificata. Ho lasciato il tavolo sentendomi come un uomo appena nato. Ho avuto alcuni problemi con i muscoli intorno al collo per molto tempo e non riuscivo a girare completamente la testa da un lato e anche Maura ha risolto questo problema. Grazie ancora!

Sweet/salate breakfast, varied and abundant. Reception staff are available since, for a disguise, we returned to the room at 2.40 morning

Il General Manager Omero ha dato il benvenuto venendoci incontro all'ingresso con una accoglienza calorosa, che non abbiamo mai ricevuto in decine di viaggi, una cosa mai vista. Suite 702 con terrazzo panoramico, vista mozzafiato, climatizzazione silenziosissima e veramente efficace. Servizio ristorante da 5 stelle, a partire da tutto lo staff con una educazione e disponibilità encomiabili. Una menzione, se possibile ancora più speciale per i piatti eccezionali che abbiamo gustato: impiattamenti e qualità dei prodotti impareggiabili, ergo : non c'è Chef stellato che tenga. Bravissimi tutti!! Torneremo perché ci mancate già. Grazie

PPaola CPosizione molto strategica, colazione in terrazza davvero buona e abbondate ( da rivedere come consiglio posizione ombrelloni fuori, purtroppo quasi tutti i tavoli sono esposti al sole, peccato perchè la terrazza è davvero notevole ). Volevo ringraziare in modo particolare il signor Stefano, che nonostante non avessimo il bollitore in camera( penso che un hotel a 4 stelle lo debba avere nelle stanze) una sera si è offerto di prepararci un po' di acqua calda per poter bere una tisana ( è stato l'unico ) in più ci ha dato dei consigli davvero preziosi per il nostro soggiorno a carloforte. A presto

I used the “Aqua journey treatment” (salt room/water massage/sauna/steam room etc) and I also booked a massage few times. All the staff is very friendly and professional, always there to help. I highly recommend a decontracting massage done by Maura as it was the best massage I’ve had in my life ! Maura is a highly professional and skilled masseuse. I left the table feeling like a new born man. I’ve had some problems with muscles around my neck for long time and couldn’t turn my head to one side completely and Maura also fixed this. Thank you again! In Italiano: Questa recensione riguarda le strutture SPA. Consiglio a tutti di prenotare alcuni trattamenti lì perché è un'esperienza davvero rilassante e positiva. Ho usato il ”trattamento Aqua journey” (stanza del sale/massaggio con acqua/sauna/bagno turco ecc.) e ho anche prenotato un massaggio alcune volte. Tutto il personale è molto gentile e professionale, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Consiglio vivamente un decontratturante massaggio fatto da Maura perché è stato il miglior massaggio che ho avuto nella mia vita! Maura è una massaggiatrice altamente professionale e qualificata. Ho lasciato il tavolo sentendomi come un uomo appena nato. Ho avuto alcuni problemi con i muscoli intorno al collo per molto tempo e non riuscivo a girare completamente la testa da un lato e anche Maura ha risolto questo problema. Grazie ancora!
