"Except that the address is far from the city center, everything else is good. There is a station nearby than you take a bus or tram, but the bus schedule at night is not close."

"the hotel was a bit too far from the heart of milan annd it takes almost 25 minutes to get to milan centrale. but on the bright side it was free from hustle and bustle of the city. the price was compeititve as well comparing to others. they offer a lot of amenities and you can name it and the receptionist will ask someone to bring it to you. overall the experience was magnificent"

"＜Compliments on an earlier check in ＞
My husband and I had been in Northern Italy about one month for vacation. This was our first time to stay in Hotel Belstay Milano Assago. The accommodation was for 2 nights and it was also the last stop of this trip. We would like to express our appreciation to the staff called MANUEL in the reception counter while our check-in around 11am, as it should be at 2pm. He was very nice and helpful to offer us the early check-in, cause it was most important to us while driving over one hour time to the hotel. MANUEL provided a very impressive good feeling to the guests suchlike us. In general we had a joyful memory in staying this hotel."

"We spent one night at this hotel, a 3-minute drive from the Unipol Arena. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping center with restaurants and shops. Private, covered, unattended parking is available. We checked in around 11:30 PM and paid for the room directly.
The room was clean, warm, with a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was decent.
The only real downside was the receptionist who called us in our room at 2:00 AM saying that the scan of our documents hadn't been successful. We said we'd sort it out the next morning. He insisted, offering to go up and get them. We repeated that we'd sort it out in the morning. Are they disturbing guests at 2:00 AM? And by insisting?
Disgraceful behavior."

"The hotel is not a good location, because it is a little away from the centre, but has a bus point literally in front of the hotel and a metro station close to it. The room is spacious and quiet and the bed is very comfortable."
