We had a large room with balcony on the first floor (one floor up from the lobby). It was modern and fantastic in an old building. Great shower, good amenities, hair dryer. Excellent location, parking with free shuttle provided (VERY IMPORTANT! You do NOT want to try to drive into the old town.). Lots of plugs, good WiFi, refrigerator, coffee maker. Friendly hosts, willing to hold the key (nice - you don't have to carry it). Great price. We would stay again.

SPECIALMENTE IN QUESTI GG DI FESTA DI PONTI DOVE LA GENTE VIENE PER RILASSARSI ... SPERO CHE QUESTO INCONVENIENTE SI RISOLVA E DIANO A NOI CLIENTI LA POSSIBILITA' DI USUFRUIRNE. We stayed at the hotel 6 nights and experienced a lot of poor and unprofessional service. We ordered drinks and food at the terrace restaurant. When the waiter drops the cooler by our table, spilling water and ice on our purse, iphone and feet. No apology. He goes away and gets new cooler, and does not offer help the dry our stuff. When I get my food, it is wrong, they have replaced vongole mussels with some cheap stuff. I say that this is not what I ordered and paid for. They take away the food. After a while the waiter comes again, and says that the kitchen is closed and I will get no food. No apology. Another time order a bottle of wine. When it is served, the waiter is trying to open a wine bottle for the first time in his life, the manager shouting advice behind his back. Pieces of metal landed on our table when the poor guy was trained in front of our eyes. We felt that we had been dropped to a Gordon Ramsay show with restaurant nightmare. The food at the breakfast was ok, but the food served during the day and night wasn't. When arriving at the hotel we were offered a parking place at the parking lot. When checking out I noticed that they had charged 50 euros per day, without telling us. We I made a note of this to the service lade, I got an arrogant response: you should have read the small print in the contract. One more thing: do not try to use the restaurant washroom - every second time it is out of paper.

We stayed in couple for a weekend and we were really happy: the hotel is located in the ZTL area, but you can book a place in a parking outside at EUR 13 per day (very convenient for Sirmione prices! The hotel is located in front of the Aquaria term and 5 minutes walk from the Lido das Blondas and the Jamaica Beach. The possibility of walking between Sirmione's main attractions does not perceive the chaos and the high number of tourists who crowd the country's streets and beaches every day. Despite its central location, the structure is well soundproofed, the clean, modern and with all the necessary. The staff is very friendly and available.

In August, we spent a week in the Alevic Hotel. We didn't want to leave! It was absolutely fantastic and we hope to return one day. Perfect location, friendly staff (especially the barman, Benjamin), delicious and varied breakfast, comfortable bed, spacious room with lake views and wonderful views from the rooftop pool. We would highly recommend a stay here if you're visiting Sirmione.

We were due to stay here in 2020 but had to push back our holiday due to COVID. Four years later we made it to Hotel Riel and were extremely happy with our room. We paid extra for a lake view which did not disappoint. The room was airy and had good amenities. The staff were friendly and dinner at the restaurant was good - we were given a free aperitif on night one. Would definitely stay again.

Abbiamo passato recentemente una notte in questa struttura di sirmione affacciata sulla sponda veronese del lago di Garda . Location meravigliosa che sfrutta a pieno la fortunata ubicazione ….. bello il percorso dovuto per raggiungerla che consente di attraversare la piccola località lacustre …. Una volta lasciata la macchina (servizio garage con car valet a disposizione) si entra in un piccolo mondo da favola …. Solo 3 camere a disposizione, ciascuna con il proprio patio esterno…. Ben arredate e organizzate. Tanto stile e comfort…. Ceniamo nel ristorante mono stellato della struttura , curiosi del fatto che da poco ci sia stato un cambio della guardia in cucina …. Optiamo per il menù degustazione e scopriamo una mano che gioca sapientemente con aciditá e tecniche di cottura …. Esame superato insomma ….. nota di merito ai bottoni di maialino nero , piatto dalle influenze orientali con ben gioco di testure e sapori e sl cremoso al cacao con erba mate e bergamotto ! Servizio all’altezza, presente e premuroso ma non invadente . La mattina successiva terminiamo il nostro breve soggiorno con un’abbondante colazione a là carte…. Insomma la speranzina ha tutto per definirsi un piccolo toccasana rigenerante per l’anima !
