My daughter and I stayed at Fashion Hotel while doing our Christmas shopping at the outlet. The room was nice and warm and quiet. Everything was clean and we had all the necessary amenities, including toothbrush upon asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and very reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will certainly return!

I liked the structure, a clean, clean, peaceful oasis with all the comforts. There are absolutely lodging areas outside and indoors. I liked the room, huge and with a bathroom that is it at my turn. Siamo ben lontani dal concetto di 5 stelle, parliamo più di una struttura moderna in mezzo al verde che non definirei neanche agriturismo. Accoglienza fatta al parcheggio da un cane che ci corre incontro una volta scesi dall’auto abbaiando e ringhiando. Ma questo è stato il male minore. La vera delusione è stato il menù, la sua esecuzione superficiale, le consistenze e gli abbinamenti che di stellato non hanno nulla. Forse un lontano ricordo di uno chef che non è più al passo con i tempi che millanta i suoi anni d’oro con arroganza e presunzione. Io e il mio compagno che amiamo provare cucine stellate in Italia e all’estero ci siamo chiesti come questo posto possa mantenere la stella Michelin. Probabilmente questioni politiche del settore o influenti conoscenze. In cucina, come ci è stato detto dallo chef, ci sono ragazzi con età media di 18-20 anni, probabilmente per poterli pagare due soldi per 14 ore di lavoro al giorno mentre lo chef si trova esclusivamente in sala visto quanto gli piace essere al centro della scena tutto il tempo. Uno dei piatti è stato lasciato dal mio compagno quasi per intero perché immangiabile, ma tale è l’arroganza di questa persona che nemmeno ci è stato chiesto se ci fosse stato qualcosa che non andava. Le frasi da cui trapelava un maschilissimo evidente di questa persona hanno contribuito a rendere la nostra esperienza davvero sgradevole . Quello che posso consigliare se state cercando un ristorante raffinato e di livello, dai gusti sorprendenti e dalle tecniche innovative, ANDATE ALTROVE. Noi sicuramente da questa esperienza in poi ricercheremo chef emergenti ed aggiornati dalle idee innovative. Ci piace vivere questi momenti come esperienze e come ricordi unici e come tali vogliamo avere un ricordo positivo.
