"Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan."

He spoke English, gave us advice and even drew a map of what to see on Chichibu.   Everything was very traditional which added to the charm.  Thank you for an awesome adventure."

Nous avons séjourné pour le festival de chichibua Matsuri La chambre et le personnel était très agréable. "The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was great. 3 onsen pools (2 outdoors, 1 indoor) and sauna. Clean and spacious. Service was awesome. Staffs friendly and helpful. Big parking lot for those driving to Chichibu. Within walking distance there is AEON, some shopping (ABC Mart, Daiso etc) and cinema"

"We went to Seibu Chichibu to see the moss phlox. It was close to the station and the room was clean. We didn't have high expectations for the business hotel's breakfast plan, but the breakfast was very filling and my parents were very satisfied."

"When I made a reservation, it was displayed as a hot spring, but it was actually a private bathroom with a change system. Because the number of rooms is small, there was no particular complaint such as not being able to use when I wanted to use it."

"Highly recommend! We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces. Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste. One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time! Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again."
