I used it for my daughter's birthday celebration during Golden Week. First, the food. The dishes for adults (Kaiseki) were very beautiful and visually pleasing. The children's meals were also very luxurious, especially the breakfast pancake set which was a nice surprise. In addition, the bath was a luxurious bath where you could enjoy plenty of hot water flowing directly from the source. There are many types of baths, including open-air baths and indoor baths, and they are open from early in the morning until late at night, so I have bathed in them many times. The open-air bath in the room was also very comfortable, and I was able to relax and spend some luxurious time with my family for the first time in a while. We consulted with them in advance about the surprise cake for her birthday, and on the day of the event, we received heartfelt hospitality that made my daughter very happy. I think this is an inn that you will want to return to again and again. I would definitely like to use it again.

Our group of 13 recently booked out this 6 bedroom boutique hotel for 3 nights. Every member of our group was delighted with the refined, Japanese-Western fusion appointments. Each room has its own bathroom (one with a cedar bath) and there are also men's and women's onsen. The women's onsen has 2 massage chairs to add to the relaxation. The Japanese/French meal we had at the hotel's restaurant was top class and the Japanese breakfasts each morning were delicious. After breakfast each morning we were served coffee in the lounge. The tasteful and comfortable lounge was a great place for our group to gather in the evening and share a drink from the fridge there. It certainly contributed to how well our group bonded. What makes this hotel so outstanding, however, is the above and beyond level of hospitality of Mao san and his staff. His level of service was extremely generous and kind - he even picked us up at the station when we returned at 11pm one night and another night walked us to a local restaurant and even ordered food.

As for the hotel, the staff and rooms are great.
This is a great hotel that makes me want to go again.
However, the staff (manager?) of the restaurant in the annex building is the worst. The front desk explained to me that there is no final order time, so I was told that it would be open until 9 o’clock, so I contacted him when I went around 8:15, I was in a hot spring, so I just passed here a little bit, which is also not good , But reminded the room, ”Aren't you coming?” I was late and it was terrible. However, when I went there, when the last order had passed I was cursed, I was waiting for the remaining two dishes, and now I put my mouth to be the last one, I quietly lowered the plate. As expected, I feel sad. It seems that the waiter from overseas is a very nice person.
I am really sad because the food is delicious.

Fuyu Bieguan Xinziyang is a Japanese hot spring heritage hotel, located halfway up the mountain, to soak in the open-air hot springs to go down the mountain long stairs, the atmosphere is full, the hot springs are really good, the food is also excellent.

I used it for a single trip, but the room was large and easy to use.
The bath on the upper floor was also comfortable.
The item with ”４” in the evaluation point is that all services are full, but because ”facilities are old” has seen fine aging deterioration.

A very cost-effective hotel passing by from Mount Aso to Hakata (about an hour and a half by car). Free breakfast is provided. Although it is relatively simple, you can get enough. The hotel’s facilities are relatively outdated, the rooms are very small, and there is no space after opening the 20-inch box, but the location is very good. There is a free parking lot directly opposite the hotel. There is a Jusco and a makeup shop next to it. The front desk service is very good! Can use a little English to communicate, there is a laundry room at the back of the lobby,

AartsinspirejapantourOur group of 13 recently booked out this 6 bedroom boutique hotel for 3 nights. Every member of our group was delighted with the refined, Japanese-Western fusion appointments. Each room has its own bathroom (one with a cedar bath) and there are also men's and women's onsen. The women's onsen has 2 massage chairs to add to the relaxation. The Japanese/French meal we had at the hotel's restaurant was top class and the Japanese breakfasts each morning were delicious. After breakfast each morning we were served coffee in the lounge. The tasteful and comfortable lounge was a great place for our group to gather in the evening and share a drink from the fridge there. It certainly contributed to how well our group bonded. What makes this hotel so outstanding, however, is the above and beyond level of hospitality of Mao san and his staff. His level of service was extremely generous and kind - he even picked us up at the station when we returned at 11pm one night and another night walked us to a local restaurant and even ordered food.

GGuest UserA once in a lifetime honeymoon. In the end, I decided to find a good inn in Japan and stay there, and my first destination was Kyushu. Kayausagi looked at magazines, websites and word of mouth, and thought that it was perfect for us who like old things, so we chose a room in Kakurekura after looking at many photos and used it on the last day. Now that I'm back in Hokkaido, I think it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I think there are factors and circumstances that can't be helped. Even so, the concept is ”I want you to get away from your busy life and spend your time in a traditional Japanese space as if you were living slowly” and ”enjoy the old life surrounded by good old things”! I was looking forward to it! I paid for it! I regret it. First of all, before the concept, there were many parts about how it would be as a service industry. The friendliness of each staff member may be good. If you say that you feel at home, do you have to agree? But. Thinking about it now, in the first place, I had to pass through the industrial area before arriving at the inn. I feel uneasy. There was no one in the parking lot, and I couldn't find anything that looked like a front desk, so when we got out of the car and wandered around the area while carrying our luggage, a soft-spoken woman approached us, and I didn't even know if she was a staff member. All of a sudden, I carried my carry-on, and an explanation of the indoor and open-air baths began before check-in. It all started with standing still, not knowing where to sit at the counter. From there, they carried our luggage to the hidden warehouse. They explained the inside of the room, but when the staff left and opened the door without explanation, it felt like a test of courage. door). The antiques, which I thought must be old, were arranged differently from the photos, and there was no sense of unity. The decoration of the air conditioner and switches is full of hand-made feeling, and I can't calm down. There were so many rabbits with so many different faces that I felt like I was staying in a treasure house or a museum exhibit, and I couldn't rest at all. Is this what traditional Japanese space looks like? There was no explanation about breakfast, so I called from here. It's a funny story now that I think about it. The signage plan and the arrangement of the lights are also rough and you will get lost. The sight of the staff taking a break outside made me feel uncomfortable. We didn't have dinner, so we went out to eat, but he said he didn't want to go back to the inn. Even so, on the last day, I was tired and had to pay a cancellation fee, so when I went back and took a bath, there was no water. When I soaked in thick hot water and got into the futon, I woke up many times to the noise of the water hitting the roof, whether it was the sound of heavy rain or the sound of the river. I moved to the first floor with a futon. There was no indirect lighting (maybe there was one, but there is no explanation). It's on the tatami mats where there's a lot of centipede. Since the rice was highly rated, I headed to the breakfast venue with at least expectations. A small insect was crawling on the already arranged side dishes. There were some delicious things, but while I was eating, I could hear the announcements of heavy rain warnings and flood warnings (warnings?), and the conversations between the staff, so I couldn't enjoy it slowly. The announcement was unfamiliar to us, and it was right after the news of Atami, so I felt uneasy. There is also a dam in the city,” he replied with a laugh. It may be a daily routine for the staff, but I wonder if there is no word for those of us who feel uneasy. If the anxiety was not conveyed, is it lack of imagination? The breakfast and dinner were delicious there was a lot of food and it was very traditional. As we came for our birthdays the staff gave us presents. The Onsens both interior and outdoors were so relaxing and beautiful.♨️ This staff is so caring, do not hesitate to ask for help if you’re having trouble wearing your Yukata properly. I highly recommend going to this place, you really won’t regret it. By far the best place I stayed at during our one month trip to Japan🇯🇵👍 Thank you so much for receeving uf❤️ Love from France🇫🇷

The rooms are not much different from major business hotels in general. ８ It was nice to see the outside view from the window on the floor, not the wall of the next building. The same is true for amenities and can be used according to the wishes of guests. I felt old in the design of the air conditioner and water faucet in the room, but the room was clean and there was no problem. TTSZMANA very cost-effective hotel passing by from Mount Aso to Hakata (about an hour and a half by car). Free breakfast is provided. Although it is relatively simple, you can get enough.
