The hotel is located on a very large site. At the entrance gate, we received an explanation and a map of the site, then headed to the check-in building. Since Shinrin-no-Yu is open from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., we decided to hurry up and check the bus schedule. (There are 2-4 buses on the site per hour.) We had just left. They said it was a few minutes on foot, so when we looked outside, we saw a sign that said Shinrin-no-Yu with an arrow. We decided to go. We walked down the corridor and went down a few stairs and arrived. About 3 minutes? It was faster than waiting for the bus for 15 minutes!! On the way back, we took the bus. There were several baths, so it was very warm. The facility was also nice and clean. The food was as shown in the photos on the hotel's website. The dining area is large, so it was nearly full for both dinner and breakfast, but it wasn't so crowded that you had to wait to get your food, so I didn't feel stressed. So, when I woke up in the morning, I thought I'd take a bath, but the forest bath was closed, and the garden view bath in the building was also closed. I couldn't take a bath in the morning. I had no choice but to use the bath in my room. I was worried because there wasn't enough water in the sink, but the bath was separate and had enough water, and I was able to fill it up in no time.
