Les chambres sont sobres et bien aménagées, avec un décor zen à base de bois, ce qui apporte beaucoup de charme et de repos. Les équipements pour la détente, autour des bains chauds (Onsens) et du sauna, sont très agréables et facilement accessibles. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, a 4 minutes à pied de la gare. Le personnel est sympathique, mais peu attentif au client, et manque clairement de formation, d'encadrement et de professionnalisme. Un effort doit être engagé à ce niveau. Enfin, l'heure imposée pour le check out est ....8h00, ce qui est simplement ahurissant, et cela mérite évidemment d'être rapidement modifié !"
