Fantastic hotel - very friendly and attentive staff and facilities are old but very classic and high quality. Very surprised Cantonese speaker from Hong Kong help us at front desk like home coming. He is very friendly and helpful. We missed the shuttle provided by hotel but it’s easy to catch a public bus to arrive. The Family room with open air bath is nice and worth the price. Bath with the nice view is very relaxing, stress free. The hot spring is nice as well. Great experience, will definitely come back someday.

Like gee….I’m sorry…this is the first time I’ve been here….certainly charge me extra because I don’t have a membership card with you all. NOT a good way of taking care of an exhausted guest.
