"The room is neat and tidy and well equipped. But the location is difficult to get located on map
It is located wrongly to another place which is 20mins away from the correct one. The hotel provide a hot spring but I don’t think it’s a real one as there is no sulphate smell at all
But overall, it is not a bad hotel to stay in"
"The hotel is strategically located in front of the Shinano Omachi station and also bus station to Ogizawa. Within walking distance there is supermarket where you can buy dinner, Daiso and drugstore. Their breakfast is buffet style and has variety of choices (Japanese + Western). It has 5 washing machines (washing+dryer) and another 1 machine for women only. It has a public bath too.
There is only 2 lifts but it is fast so no long wait. The room is clean and has all the necessities provided.
Perfect stay for those who intend to go Ogizawa in early morning (breakfast buffet starts at 6:30am and the next bus is 7:05am). You can send your luggage to Dentetsu Toyama station for 4000yen per piece at the hotel reception."
"The hotel is nestled in a quiet forest. The Shinshu apple pastry at the hotel shop was surprisingly delicious. If you're planning to have dinner, you'll likely need to book it at the hotel, as the surrounding area is quite secluded, making it hard to find dining options without a car. The hotel's dinner is a semi-buffet, and the taste was just average."
"It is a very traditional Onsen Hotel. And it was one of the best Onsen Hotel I have ever stayed. Subtle but pretty decorated lobby, spacious room in Japanese style, beautiful river view, great facilities, wonderful food, and most importantly friendly staffs. Highly recommended!"
"The rooms on the 4th level in the main building can only be accessed by stairs from the 3rd level. Not very ideal if you have a lot of luggage.
We got the dinner and breakfast buffet plan and the food is not bad as they have free flow snow crab and beer and sake.
The drive there was easy with no winding roads and passing by large fields. Nice scenery."
"Everything was ok, quite standard. It was clean and really, no problems.
I only have a slight issue with the toilet: The shared toilet is shockingly small, and for the female one, it says that 2 can fit in there. Thankfully I was alone for my showers if not it would be really awkward. I also found it weird how if the main toilet door opens, the person changing can be seen by anyone outside. :(
Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and a good rest point for those going on the kurobe alpine route trail."
"Location is on the top of the mountain, not very convenient
But self-driving tour, it doesn't matter
4.5 hour drive from Narita Airport to the hotel
Check in is already more than 12 am
The hotel staff checked in for us after get off work
But it is snowing, there are mountain roads in the snow that are not open and there is no enclosure.
Mistake walked in because the mountain road that was not open did not shovel snow
The car is snowing.
Haocai is not far from the hotel
Hotel staff will help us soon trailer
Hotel service is very good, very satisfied
There is a cooking stove and tableware in the room
Very convenient.
The snow outside the hotel is so beautiful
I don't want to leave "
"The main purpose is to take the bus to Ogizawa from Shinano Omachi Station for 540 yen. It is just opposite the bus stop. The next morning, take the bus to Ogizawa, which is about 25 minutes and a little closer. The courtyard environment is nice, the interior furnishings are also very Japanese and pay attention to details. The dinner and breakfast are quite rich. The guest's luggage was delivered, and the staff wiped the wheels very carefully. The service is good."
"The hotel's four-person room is larger than expected! The hotel's interior environment is better than expected, and there is also an open-air hot spring.
The receptionist at the front desk is an old man, his English is not very good, his attitude is average, and the service experience is not very good. But based on the cost-effectiveness, it is still recommended!"
"Not far from Shinano Omachi Station, the transportation is convenient. Hotels run by ********* are relatively convenient for communication, but the understanding of the landlady is a bit out of sync with ours...
Clean, I chose a room with a bathroom, but it was different from other rooms in Japan
Compared with business hotels, there is no advantage in price and service.
The worst thing is that there are no curtains and it's already dark after 4 o'clock in the morning.
I couldn't sleep, so I caught the early bus and set off with my luggage.
The luggage storage area doesn't open until nearly 8 o'clock"
