"The best onsen experience I’ve had. The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped. The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well. Thank you Sanyoan.
