"A traditional Japanese hotspring resort with excellent view and great breakfast. Staff are polite and friendly. The public hotspring has a wonderful view."
"The environment is nice, the hot spring is OK, the breakfast is nice, and there are several restaurants nearby with good food. This is my first time to take a hot spring bath in Obihiro. The experience is great. I didn't meet any Chinese people in this hotel, and there are not many tourists. They are all Japanese who come to take a bath with their families. I will come again next time. It is very convenient to take a bus from New Chitose Airport to Obihiro Station for 3 hours, and then take a taxi to the hotel. You can also take the JR line, but you need to change stations, which is faster than taking the bus."
"The hotel is great and all good except that the information (address and phone number published in the website is incorrect. Hence it has cause a lot of problem when using the GPS to locate the hotel."
"The hotel is located at Tokachi Daihara No. 13 Onsen Station, which is quite a distance from the Central Hotel of Daihara. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to stay and eat at one place. Unless you have a private car, the nearest convenience store and Japanese ramen shop are near Hotel Soi. You can walk there. It takes about half an hour. If the weather is snowing, it will take a little longer. The breakfast in the hotel is a buffet, and the dinner is a small hot pot set meal. They are both delicious. The service is convenient. The clerk can only speak Japanese, so the text I translated early in the morning is on paper. In terms of transportation, I will take it with me. Take bus No. 45. Overall big"
"Impeccable hotel... The environment, service and dining are all perfect! I felt the sincerity and attitude of the service as soon as I walked in. The hot springs are very comfortable, and my skin is smooth after soaking... The key point is that their SPA... The technique is very good!!! I will definitely come again next time!"
"The hotel is pretty big with 3 wings (building) linked together with plenty of car parking lots. The hotel looked dated but well maintained. There’s a shopping gallery @ lobby. Check in/check out is Smooth n fast. A female receptionist can speak mandarin (话语)maybe a Chinese descendent?
There is nothing much to see and eat in the vicinity. It will b good to go for half board (dinner n breakfast), n to use the onsen before n after dinner, n before breakfast. The onsen is pretty big with a few indoor pools n a outdoor pool, all of good hot spring quality. The tatami room is spacious clean n need. There is good choices of food n desserts @ dinner n breakfast.

"Its okay but the bath is very crowded always. Even when its suppose to be just for hotel guest there is still alot of people. Rooms are huge and clean though. And location will need a car i think."
"The best onsen experience I’ve had.
The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped.
The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well.
Thank you Sanyoan. I look forward to coming back soon 💖"
