Very clean and tidy, complete bathroom facilities, first-class service attitude, quiet surroundings, a 10-minute walk from the subway station, shopping and eating around the subway station is very convenient and affordable. It's in an excellent location, right in front of JR Moriyama Station.
There are many restaurants nearby, and a 24-hour Seiyu and Seven-Eleven are right in front, so you won't be inconvenienced at all.
The room is clean, and I also like the fact that the bathroom and toilet are separate. I didn't use it because it was for business, but it seems you can also use the sports gym at a hotel discount.
I think this hotel is worth using for business trips to Kansai (up to Kyoto).

The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from Kusatsu Station. It is a typical old three-star hotel. The facilities are a bit old, but it has all the necessary services. The breakfast is also quite satisfactory. There is a huge shopping mall opposite the hotel. The price is not expensive and very good. Good for shopping. The overall accommodation experience is acceptable.
