"I like this hotel very much. Although it is a bit far from Mita Station and Shin-Mita, there are trams and buses from both stations to the hotel. It is a 3-kilometer walk to Shin-Mita Station. There are large shopping malls around. The hotel provides a wide variety of bath and toiletries, including lotions and styling creams. The room is a beautiful lake view room with good lighting and log style. Basically, there are ice machines on every floor, which is convenient for guests who like cold drinks. It is suitable for vacation and I will come again next time."
"The building was old and prepared, so I enjoyed the lighting and view in the corner room, and I was very happy with the cleanliness.
From the station, I crossed the Aioi Bridge through the store road, and the atmosphere close to the living area was a reassuring location for one person.
Breakfast will move to another building and return to the room again, which was modern and buffet at 1 F casual dining.
The staff 々 was also very comfortable with a warm customer service. Thank you very much."
"It looked like it had been well-maintained, and it didn't feel old or smelly. It was close to the station, so it was convenient for eating and shopping, but the convenience store was a little far away."
"This is the first time to use it. Overall it was beautiful. The amenities were abundant and there was a drink 🥤 one service.
It was a hotel I wanted to stay if I had another chance."
"Very enjoyable 2 weeks stay during business trip to Sanda-Sasayama from Malaysia.
Location very near to Flower Town (Kobe Dentetsu) Train Station which is very convenient to access.
Also easy to access to department store AEON and Nishiyama Supermarket to get a foods.
The most delighted is free parking!!!
Thoroughly, myself very satisfied with hotel service, facilities and staff are very kind."
"We had double room for one night.
The location suited us very well, so we booked the room. I read various reviews, so I was prepared for less comfort, but I must say it was very good.
Room was big, we have plenty of space (not so usual in Japan). Good bathroom with hot water."
"It is worth a visit to a place, the environment is birds and flowers, there are many places to hang out, very like the big colleges in Europe, there is a big greenhouse, there are many tulips, maybe not yet officially too many people, very relaxed."
"Very clean! Very warm! The proprietress also personally introduced us to the story of the hotel and her own art paintings made of local plants and flowers!"
"When you arrive at the Horse Station Hotel, you will send a car to pick you up. The overall service is good. It is set to have one berth and two meals, and it will be better to stay early. Dinner has a small hot pot and sashimi for Kobe beef, the room is ok, and the breakfast tastes good."
"Right as I stepped out of the subway station, I was lucky enough to catch the hotel's shuttle bus. The driver already had the list of guests checking in that day. Our hotel room was incredibly spacious, and the service was truly impeccable. The Kaiseki dinner we had ordered was exceptionally fresh and delicious. The hotel also features a traditional *kominka* (old Japanese house), which is said to be a lovely tea room. However, you do need to make an advance reservation at the front desk. Both the Kin-no-yu (Golden Spring) and Gin-no-yu (Silver Spring) were absolutely fantastic. Despite having a scabbed-over leg injury, I couldn't resist taking a dip in the hot springs. To my surprise, my wound showed no ill effects whatsoever."
