"When I entered my room it smelled a bit wet, but no mold in the room. There might be some notices at night, I don't know if it's a refrigerator, air conditioner or water pipes. No charging points near bed though. And the room might be a little bit dark at night, there are not enough lamps in my opinion. But the man at the reception provided me an additional table lamp. But they had a buffet breakfast. Among drinks I liked a ”Katsugen” (lactic acid bacteria beverage). I believe it's something local, as there are cows and pastures in Hokkaido. And on the top 10th floor, if you have luck, you will have a room with the view of a bit of mountains on the horizon."

"Room is very clean and short 7mins walk to integrated Sapporo JR station, subway (Namboku and Toho line) and bus terminal. The hotel also upgraded me to a more comfortable double bed room which is kind of standard for all the places I have travelled. Amenities are always replenished unlike some hotels which don’t provide. Staff are very polite. I don’t know how many times I have bowed in return. Also, although the room is facing JR railway, the sound insulation is very good - no disturbance from train movement. Buffet breakfast is also very good with all kinds of sushi such as blow fish, flat fish, blue crab miso soup, ramen, Mongolian bbq mutton Jingkisukan, and even sparkling wine. I would stay here again if come to Sapporo."

"The hotel is about 2 streets away from shopping centres area. Many cafes and eating houses around. Family mart , 7/11 are easily accessible and found surrounding this hotel."

"Facilities: Perfect score! The breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath was great, especially in the morning when it wasn't crowded. The room was also very new and clean, and there's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs. Cleanliness: Very good and new. Environment: High-floor rooms offer great views, and the surroundings are quiet. The only downsides are that you can't order takeout, and it's a 15-minute walk to go shopping, which can be a bit tiring. If you book a day trip, it's very convenient to walk to Sapporo Station North Exit for the bus, only about three to five minutes away. Service: Service gets four stars. Most of the staff I encountered were great, but there was one front desk staff member named Honda who would discuss foreign guests in Japanese, which really spoiled my mood. I'd recommend avoiding them if you can. All the other front desk staff were excellent. On the first day of my stay, a female front desk staff with a single ponytail spoke super good English and was enthusiastic and professional – highly recommend her!"

"Modern classic hotel with high class interior design. Service was good. Attentive staff who tried to communicate using the translator device. Shower cap is not provided, otherwise the amenities provided are essential & necessary for a comfortable stay. Pyjamas are provided too. It was stuffy in the middle of night, so we informed front desk. Not long after, the service staff came up with a portable fan & opened our window a little. Buffet breakfast was a delicious spread. Location - conveniently located between Odori & Sapporo stations."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, being very close to JR Sapporo Station and both the Toho and Namboku subway lines. You can even use the underground passage. Exits 23 or 24 have elevators, but you'll still need to cross the street after coming up. Exit 21 is very close but requires climbing stairs. The room decor is very new, and all essential amenities are present. The room was cleaned daily, and there's even a capsule coffee machine. The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, which made communication easy. The room is a bit small; once two 24-inch suitcases are open, it gets a bit cramped to walk around. The smart toilet's features are a bit basic, and the soundproofing in the room is poor."

"Excellent family room, spacious and well equipped for a comfortable stay at the hotel. There’s also public bath available on site. Breakfast was very simple, little variety but convenient for a quick meal before going out for the day."

"Extremely close to Otaru-Chikko Station, directly accessible via a covered walkway. With an Aeon mall right downstairs, it's incredibly convenient for one-stop shopping and dining. The rooms are quite spacious for Japanese standards, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The mountain view rooms also offer pleasant scenery. Service was decent, and it provides excellent value for money."

"Located in Nakajima Park, it's easily accessible directly from New Chitose Airport via the airport shuttle bus, and the return pick-up point is conveniently right across the street from the hotel. The hotel breakfast offers both Japanese and buffet options, and both are delicious. Upon check-in, a bellhop escorted us to our room, helped with our luggage, and explained everything. Luggage storage is available, and for extended stays, our bags were already in the room upon our return. It really feels like you're staying right in Nakajima Park. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is near walking distance to Sapporo clock tower and Sapporo station. We took the airport limousine bus and we were dropped off opposite the hotel we are staying at. Taking the airport bus to chitose airport also convenient. At the lobby they have coffee machine and all the necessities like comb, toothbrush etc."
