"The hotel is incredibly close to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk service was generally satisfactory. It's also great for easily exploring the surrounding area on foot and is very close to the Lu Xun Memorial Hall. The room itself was a bit more spacious than typical Japanese hotel rooms."
"Great location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby.
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"
"✅ **Pros:**
1. It's brand new, having just reopened last month (June), and that freshness truly makes a difference!
2. Excellent value at just over 500 per night, especially for a room with a 1.8m king-size bed! This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids! We sadly didn't find another king bed of this size for the rest of our trip. 😂
3. They have a lovely public bath (onsen style) ♨️, and soaking there was my absolute favorite way to unwind. It was my first time seeing a 'Shampoo Bar' where you can pick your preferred shampoo and conditioner.
4. The service was excellent. They even gave little gifts to my child – toys on both of our two stays, which made my child incredibly happy! 😊 They provide a comprehensive range of skincare amenities. Plus, there's a free coffee and hot chocolate machine in the lobby, perfect for a few late-night drinks.
❌ **Only Downside:**
It's not extremely close to Sendai JR Station, roughly a 15-minute walk. However, you can reach it by walking through Hirose-dori pedestrian street, which is bustling with various restaurants, cafes, drugstores, Don Quijote, and other shops."
"We booked one room on the first day it seemed like a Japanese bathroom that the floor is wet Probably not renovated yet The next day we got the room with modern bathroom
Our stay was pleasant the rooms were clean Thanks to google translate that even the front reception was not quite fluent in English we could communicate very well Very convenient location Right next to the main train station a lot of restaurants to choose from also next to the shopping mall There is a fish market nearby but most of the fish is for your own cooking Can not buy fresh sashimi there There is a seafood restaurant close to the market"
"It’s definitely a 5 star hotel experience, the staffs at the reception is very helpful and professional.
There’s a petite yet posh boutique located at the lobby, traditional Japanese restaurant, western cuisine and Chinese restaurant with standard, yet the price is reasonable.
Although the double bed room is a little bit small, but mattress is comfortable, toilet amenities are with “full Japanese standard” ;)
The location is great, with family-mart, 7-11 and some little restaurants surrounding around. There’s even a local wet market around the corner, local shopping malls with affordable price. As it’s nearby the Sendai station, it’s convenient to go Tokyo or other prefecture, this city center is amazing and filled up with all branded name chain stores."
"The hotel boasts an excellent central location, right next to the vibrant morning market and Senjiro. DHC brand toiletries were provided, which was a nice touch. It's conveniently located a 6-8 minute walk from the train station, with numerous bus stops easily accessible. The only minor drawback is that it's an older hotel that has undergone renovations, so while refreshed, some of the interior furnishings still show their age."
"The room is comfortable and convenient. Close to Miyagino-Dori Metro station and Sendai JR station. Friendly staff. The hot spring is also good for relaxation. Will consider stay again if coming to Sendai again."
"The lobby was spacious to chill and nice, especially when the in-house pianist played some soothing classical. My room was decently cosy. My bed was a combined layout of 2 single beds, though one mattress was slumping low overworn out on its spring, while the other was firm. Felt kinda weird sleeping in the centre, which I usually do, with the gap and unevenness. Service was excellent and attentive. Kind assistance from front desk Loida, helping me to translate conveying a request I wanted to put across for my next hotel stop. There is a public bath on the 16th floor, nice and clean. Elevator is kinda slow though. Location is under 10mins walk from Sendai JR station, on a quiet stretch away from the bustling shopping area."
"When you arrive and leave the hotel, there is a group of staff to greet you. They will take the initiative to ask questions and pick up your luggage. When you leave, there is also a farewell. It feels like home~
The hotel facilities need to be improved. The fitness room equipment is not perfect.
The restaurant's exterior also attracts people to come back again :)
Thank you for preparing the surprise for my birthday and our anniversary on this trip

FFoshA stroke of bad luck left us stranded in Sendai when the JR East Shinkansen network was suspended. As the night wore on with no trains in sight, we grew anxious. By 11:30 p.m., we decided to book a hotel for the night. Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise — newly and tastefully renovated, cosy, and functional. The highlight was the lounge, which offered complimentary beverages and a play area for kids — an unexpected but welcome touch. Like most hotels in Japan, it provided complimentary toiletries, but this one went a step further with facial masks and bath salts — a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing.
GGuest UserMy stay at the hotel was decent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff was generally polite, but I felt they could have been more attentive. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, it was a standard experience without any standout features.
GGuest UserFree soba and hot onsen on night really appetizing during winter. Full facilities such as laundry, free ice cream, and enjoy comic lounge. Breakfast like a local. Surely would come again in the next trip⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
GGuest UserFamily trip during Taiwan new year period. The style kind of old school but the service is good and the hot spring is great.
Very relax place to spend a least 2 days for chill.
The if drive yourself, Akiu shire(秋保神社) and Akiu Waterfall(秋保大瀧) is really worth to visit.

IIvy chan HKThe hotel is very luxurious, the lobby has free alcohol and drinks, receives WiFi around, the hot springs to walk down the mountain, very special, the 1/F has a large hot spring, near the hot spring area free drinks until 12 midnight. We booked a triple room, the room was spacious, the ointment was no shower room, it was cheap and included breakfast and dinner. The food is rich. I will stay a few more nights next time I have the chance. Be sure to take a bath in the large bath. Very close to a whiskey factory visit. Make an appointment in advance though.
TTaiwan No 1The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the Meikakucho shopping street. There are many shops nearby and a lot of food options. If you want to buy various souvenirs or duty-free goods, this hotel is the first choice!
Although the room is small and it is a little inconvenient for travelers with large luggage, the cleanliness of the room is acceptable. There is a 24-hour coffee service at the check-in counter on the second floor. The service staff is very friendly. The room rate is cheap for a Saturday holiday. Overall, it is a satisfactory accommodation experience and worth recommending!
KKent777Great location, close to Sendai station and shopping streets.
The hotel is a little bit on the older side but is clean and tidy. Breakfast is decent for this price range. Hotel staff was very friendly. Overall I would recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserIt is a rather old hotel with facility in rather poor condition (e.g. wall paper in the room ripped off, bed is too soft and unbalanced). However, it is very good for value in terms of price, breakfast and it has a public bath.
GGustavo TozzoIn complete contrast to my previous night at a different city, coming to this hotel was a total change.
Friendly desk staff, helpful and accommodating. Well informed and willing to help.
The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well.
The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once.
Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place.
and all at no extra charge.
Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of ”fresh” paint all throughout.
Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with.
I will be staying again in October and look forward to it.
Unfortunately I took no photos. Will do so next time.
GGustavo TozzoThe hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but it’s nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The lack of amenities was a disappointment, and during a pouring rain there were no umbrellas available, which was a downer.
Having said that, I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel if it’s available during my trip (I do travel to Sendai regularly)
Sorry I didn’t take photos… I was quite busy during my stay…
