Car lovers must come! You will love the hotel setup, car museum and also racing track next to hotel! What can you expect more !! Room is very nice and spacious. I've got Fuji Mountain View. Restaurants here are very good too!! Tried Japan restaurant, reasonable price but very good quality !!

There is no toilet or shower room in the room, which is inconvenient. I stayed on the 1/F and went to the bathhouse on the 2/F. To have breakfast, I had to go to the third floor. The steam room in the men's and women's bathhouse was also closed. The bathhouse was not big, and the breakfast was okay.
There was no one at the front desk to ring the bell. The people at the front desk were also the people cooking in the kitchen where we had breakfast on 3/F and the waiters.

Stayed at the time of the supergt at Fuji Speedway. There seems to be many people involved in the race, and the parking lot in front was full before 18 o'clock. The room used the twin room on the Fuji side, but Mt. Fuji was very beautiful. I am glad that there is an outlet on the pillow. The water was a bit old, but I personally didn't care about it. The response of the front desk employees was polite and good.

Excellent location - 5 minute walk to Gotemba Premium Outlets with fantastic view of Mt Fuji from hotel room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s a nice bath, a cosy area at the ground floor with drinks and relaxing seats at the library for hotel guests’ use. It would have been perfect if the hotel has a fitness room.

It was cold near Lake Yamanaka, so the pension staff took care of me and changed it from the dome type to the accommodation in the building without additional charge. It felt very good and I was able to spend it comfortably.
There is no nightwear and it is cold in winter, so I recommend warm clothes.
The room is very large, but it is enough to sleep. I made a plan that does not include breakfast, but there were about 2 cafes nearby from the morning, so there was no particular inconvenience. I would like to use it again.
