"The staff was extremely friendly. It was a raining day. In case to get wet, he told me to park at their hall way and take the luggage in. I can either leave the car key to the front desk or park the car in the parking lot. It's so sweet of the staff. I do love their service so far. Later on, when I got into the room, I found out that I booked a smoking room, the wrong room type of what I needed. I am allergic to the smoking room. I asked the staff to help out. He went to the manager and my room was swapped to ”301”. So Awesome!! I was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 big beds and a big long sofa. I believe that was their last non-smoking room since that was a Saturday night. Thank you so so much. I do appreciate that. The hotel is across from the JP station. It is so convenient to get almost everything. What a wonderful experience to stay at Uwajima Terminal Hotel!! Thanks a million!!"
