"The whole resort staff are very friendly and nice. The breakfast and dinner are really good with a wide variety of choices . However , the rooms and amenities need a bit of refurnishing as it starts to see slightly dated. The toilet needs to be cleaner as there seems to be some hard white spots appearing on the levers. The entertainment room also needs to be maintained. Overall , we still had a good stay nevertheless"

"We stayed at the hotel for one week. Clean rooms. Balcony with garden view. Here in the morning is fascinating bird singing. pleasant service staff. Basin with lying and drinking bar. Smuzi and juices here are very delicious. I liked the local tea with ginger and milk. Breakfasts are delicious. We used a restaurant for dinner. A large plate of seafood for two very delicious. Here are fish, calmaras, octopus, and half lobster, fish boiler. Yes-yes, the fishboiler is big and very delicious. The room was given water and tea with coffee. They regularly changed their lingerie. For us there was one minus-the conferences held at the hotel. Being in the pool area is not pleasant when a group in black hoods from 20-30 people inspect the holidaymakers. And yes, to the sea on foot 10 minutes or you can get to the tuck-tuck. Still, it is not in step-to-step access."

"Понравилась зеленая территория и небольшой, но удобный бассейн, создающий ощущение оазиса. Просторные номера, много розеток , просторная душевая, хорошие средства для душа и шампунь. Работает потолочный вентилятор. Кондиционер в номере можно включить за экстрапрайс, +15 долларов в сутки. Завтрак средний, делают омлет, яичницу и панкейки, вкусные сосиски из мяса. Но. Вся нарезка в баночках. И, ладно, колбаса, сыр, масло порционно в баночках, по три тончайших слайса. Но так же подавать огурцы и помидоры, которые в Кении стоят копейки, это смешно. На дне баночки 2-3 ооочееь тоненьких слайса. Поесть овощной салат утром нереально. Не разделяю восторженных возгласов по поводу еды в их ресторане, ничего такого. Некоторые блюда совсем невкусные. Три дня никак не могли не могли нормально поменять полотенца для бассейна. То не приносили и одного, то только одно. При этом, когда ты уже у бассейна и только что заходил в свой номер за полотенцами, которых там, к твоему удивлению (каждый раз) нет, ты вынужден доказывать на ресепшен, что полотенец опять нет. И ты просишь их все-таки принести, тк ты уже у бассейна, к бассейну. Но, эти удивительные люди упрямо не ту их в номер. Но не сразу, конечно, рекорд по скорости 20 минут, а так 40 минут-час. И это после 15ч дня, когда уборка в номере уже была, но полотенца вчерашние унесли, а чистые не принесли. И никто не извиняется. Для них это норма. В общем, слабый сервис, слабая кухня, расположение. Хорошая территория, бассейн, номера. Завышенные цены за минибар и в целом за кухню."

"The environment with animals is so wonderful! The only biggest drawback is that the water almost didn't come out no matter how many times I said it, but the others are very satisfying. It's a heavenly space where zebras are playing in front of the tent when you wake up in the morning. I'm grateful to be able to interact with the giraffe so much."

"В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала"

"Wonderful hotel - great location and also the facilities are great. The only issue is when the hotel is full - there are insufficient Beach towels. it doesn't help that most people take more than expected ie 3/4 more per person rather than one per person. We had to wait the whole day to get a clean towel. ( speaking to other guests - they collected their towels @ 7.30am or the night before...) . Would recommend that management bring in a CARD system for beach towels so that everyone has an equal allocation( when it is not full you can revert to the current system. ) Guest relations ( Marcia) is amazing and recommend speaking to her about anything local. She can advise you and help whenever possible. the biggest positive is the FOOD - it was amazing and the freshest of the cooking was visibly seen. the bar was quick to respond to drinks orders. the only issue is the amount of paperwork they need as most guests are on All- inclusive yet it was requested that the room number be given every time you ordered a drink. Perhaps management can review this? let the staff see the BANDS to decide which needs food orders or not"

"Three meals are good, the big bed room is not big, no extra bed, children can play on the beach, very close to the beach, the hotel location is very good, very close to Wu Kunda Airport, there is a shopping place nearby."
