"I reached hotel around 2pm and the staff was nice to let me check in early. GS25 convenience store just right beside the hotel, it's super convenient if you hungry at midnight. Hotel provides washing machine but there's no dryer fuction with it (there was hanging racks in rooms and balcony, you can drying clothes by using the racks provided-is free or choose to go to level 2 self service laundry shop- definitely have to pay)."

"have stayed at this hotel previously, and it was great to be back again. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it is close to the airport and provides a shuttle bus service every hour, making it easy to get around. Compared to my last visit, I noticed that the surrounding area has improved a lot. There are now many more food options nearby, which makes the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. It’s nice to see the area becoming more lively and developed. Overall, it was another pleasant stay. The combination of convenience, accessibility, and the improved surroundings makes this hotel a great choice. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"The location was excellent and very convenient. I especially appreciated having a convenience store inside the hotel which made everything so easy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and assisted me with every request. The airport shuttle was another major plus and made travel seamless. I also ordered the American breakfast through room service, and it was quite good. The only concern I noticed was that the bedsheets and towels had a strong cologne scent, which was a bit overwhelming."

"Arrived early around 1330hrs- asked if early check in is possible, Front desk agent person Sylvia Jeong(only remember last name sorry) professionally greated, explaned about the accomodation and what i am entitled with highly experienced attitude and knoweldge. Helped me to purchase club access to enjoy food and the club access; Not only her; but on the way to the suite, every paradise team members greeted, asked if help is needed and i was very much satisfied. I had strong impression the IR must have strong management team to bring up the service level this high. Turnndown service i requested for 1830hrs was accomodated without a problem or any delay, club food was good, team members at the lounge was helping each other with big smile regardless of their department or duty which i believe team members should be very proud of themselves. Paradise city is a big IR property. I was not expecting this high level of service quaility. They really are the top notch, i felt, experienxed like i am staying in the 200 rooms and below, small luxuary resort kind of detailed service experience. I will definetly revisit."

"This is my second time in this hotel and this time super **** service! Check-in at 15:00. My flight arrived at 06:00 am, so is means that I already can't make check in from the previous day according the rules of hotel and still can't check in for new day! I call to reception and girl not speak English, she translate me in translaitor that I can check in earlier if I pay 11.000 won per hour ( available from 10:00 am , and till 15:00 it will cost 55.000 won!!! Extra money to that that I already paid for this day! ) OKAY I wait in GS25 store near by like homeless with all my baggage from 08:00 am to 15:00!!! And hotel not provide luggage storage. Even I was ready to pay just let it somewhere, but hotel not help with this. And this is hotel near airport! Where this kind of things must be more loyal.. So after 15 hours flight I wait check in outside in cold weather with bags in my hands for 7 hours, highly not recommend this place, I never will back to this place again"

"The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was good. We were able to book a minibus to Incheon Airport T1 for our morning flight. For this price, it's a perfectly fine place to stay overnight during a layover. Just a heads-up: there's no airport pick-up service. For drop-off service, you need to book it upon check-in, and it's on a first-come, first-served basis."

"Easy access from ICN T1: From Arrivals Hall (1st floor), exit via Gate 3, cross the pedestrian crosswalk directly outside, look for the bus stop labeled 3C on the left hand side, there is a Hyatt shuttle stop sign. The service is from 5:35am to 22:05pm, every 30 minutes. Hotel room is clean and spacious, 24 hour room service high quality & good variety meals which is to be ordered online (by scanning a barcode) at affordable prices. It was an enjoyable stay!"

"The room space is very generous for its price, easily accommodating multiple large pieces of luggage without feeling cramped. Soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom is clean, well-maintained, and features a wet/dry separation, with good water pressure. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle service (reservation required), which is punctual and efficient, greatly benefiting travelers with early or late flights. However, the surrounding area is quite remote, lacking convenience stores and restaurants. It's advisable to stock up on snacks beforehand or try the hotel's simple dining options."

"The hotel is about an 8min walk from Unseo Station (according to Naver Maps) but I took a bus from Incheon T1 (223, gate 6) which took about 20min and put me about a 3min walk away. Fuss free check in, and they have a free shuttle bus service to the airport which you reserve in advance. There's also complimentary breakfast of bread, rice, soup, cereal and ramen. My room was clean, comfortable and came with a mini-fridge, kettle and even a steam closet and a dry sauna. Shampoo and soap were provided, but toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors and other consumables were available to purchase from the vending machine. There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores right outside the door. Good for staying a night or two."
