酒店有五層樓，但是沒有電梯
房間寬敞，就價格而言，在阿斯塔納算是性價比很高的，窗外可以看到卡茲雷特蘇丹清真寺
因為較為偏僻所以酒店開始幾晚都很安靜，但是週五晚上週邊的汽修店放了很久的音樂，隔壁説話聲也會傳到屋子裡，導致睡覺還需要帶着耳塞

Staff with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Very good breakfast with extended hours. The location of the hotel is very good, with excellent views and just a walk from the main attractions of this fascinating city. If I return to Astana, I will return to the Jumbaktas Hotel.

The hotel is just a little rest between the flights. They settled at 4 a.m., came to the room, the soul cabin was broken(the doors were broken, it was not possible to climb(((((( called to service, came a woman and thank God she managed to put them on the place, we washed .... walls of cardboard, long sleep will not be possible. The bed is made up of 2 small, which is uncomfortable! And the most amazing thing is that when registering we were asked to pay another 700 with something tenge like a tourist fee((((though we paid everything on the site. It was very unexpected (((()No photo from the hotel, as there is nothing to take pictures there

Good health, service is acceptable, there is a problem that the decadent time starts to knock on the door at 12:00, when the toilet is large, knocking on the door, then calling, I am halfway up... inconvenient to move! The soundproofing is not good. The next room has three adult activities from 9:30 to 11:30 in the evening. The sound is too clear. I am very worried about repeating it in the middle of the night, it is still not in the middle of the night, and I sleep well. No breakfast, no restaurant, there is a small supermarket and a small restaurant that focuses on takeaways 200 meters nearby, barely able to feed your stomach. This hotel is mainly cheap, service, conditions, and it is worth the price.

We liked the spa complex with a large, clean pool. The only wish is that the Deluxe room lacked the ability to dry clothes.

GGuest UserThis price is not low in the local area. The hotel environment is good and the location is good. It's just that the staff who checked in on the day was not very helpful. We booked a deluxe twin bed but got a king-size bed room. I also showed her the order on Ctrip. She just repeatedly emphasized the cost of the mini bar and asked me to swipe my card. I said several times that I didn't want the mini bar! The mini bar itself is casual. This hotel gives me the feeling that it is a bit hard to push it on you! The hotel waiters are not enthusiastic. Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

AAdiletThe price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

GGuest UserThe overall environment is average, not as good as the Hampton Inn in China. I have to praise the long breakfast time, which saves a lot of time for finding food. The room is narrow and the facilities are a bit shabby. The toiletries are only equipped with two toothbrushes (there is not even a mouthwash cup, which can be regarded as extremely shabby). I was given two room cards, one card cannot open the door and the other card cannot be used for the elevator. There is a certain probability that the door will not be locked after closing, so before leaving, I have to bend the door handle again to prevent the room from being unlocked. The most complaining thing is that we booked two rooms from Ctrip, but the two orders were all on the same room, and the other paid order disappeared. When coordinating with the front desk, they pretended to be stupid and said that Ctrip did not transfer the money. I really can't figure out whether it is the hotel overbooking or Ctrip's problem. The level of Ctrip's overseas response was really embarrassing. They were still bargaining for the price difference of the temporary room reservation. The result was that the two of us friends were stranded in a foreign country in the middle of the night with suitcases, and the hotel was only a mile away. We complained madly about the hotel and Ctrip, but the city of Astana is still very beautiful.

GGuest UserI regret to admit that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned, there were traces of dirt and hair on the towels. The bathroom was cold and there was no heating. The main room was cold because there was one small radiator and a radiator that needed to be heated. The air conditioning did not work. All this was happening in the winter of January 17, 2025.

GGuest UserIt's cold in the bathroom, not much warmer in the room, at least there are heaters there, but they turn on when a guest arrives. It was -10 outside. A permanent heated floor would be just right in the bathroom. It's noisy from the road, but thanks to the noise of the heaters and fatigue you don't notice it. Breakfast is good, lots of greenery. There are gingerbread cookies, if you look closely. Polite staff.
