"Heaven on earth! Absolutely spoiled every morning with breakfast on their rooftop overlooking the famous Ella Rock. Possibly the best bedroom view I’ve ever seen. We travelled in April which is notoriously muggy and hot, but the electric fans are very powerful and kept us nice and cool in the evenings, they even have a sleep setting on them!
Couldn’t have asked for much more. 5 min TukTuk to and from town (500sr or £1.50). Or a peaceful 10 minute walk.
11/10 would recommend"

1. No air conditioning, the room is very humid, the bed is cold and wet
2. Integrity hotel construction knocks at the door of the room early in the morning
3. The room is very not soundproof. The hotel and the scenic spot share the road from reception to the room. There is also a traffic jam. Various tuk tuk passing outside the room. It is the horn and the engine roar. Very noisy.
4. No service at all except check-in and check-out"

"As a girl traveling alone, the hotel owner provided me with meticulous care and care. He came to pick me up at the train station. He also sent me to the train station when I left. He made me feel warm. I didn't have enough cash and he took me everywhere to withdraw money. The boss reflects the truth and beauty of the world. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The beautiful natural environment and interesting small animals will make everyone relax. It is worth mentioning that another employee of the hotel is ready to send tea at any time. When I left, he was even reluctant to leave, his eyes were full of tears. The boss and his staff are the best combination 👍."

LLunjingHotel service is very good, the room has been upgraded, there is an open-air courtyard on the first floor. The location of the hotel is very good, the restaurant is very convenient, no need to go out to find food. Environmental sanitation is very good. Recommended stay.

GGuest UserWe booked 3 nights at the property. The check in experience was easy and all Covid guidelines are adhered to. Our rooms were clean and the beds were great and of course the view is amazing. It was Poya weekend and the hotel was full with families and all meals after our first night (when we were the only guests) were therefore banquet style. The quality of the food was good and we were concerned on our second night there may be some all night partying when we saw someone take a huge speaker from their car (!) however there was complete silence after 10pm. A good experience overall.
