We were only one night in this hotel between our flights and we liked hotel! It is new and very clean. Staff was kind and helpful. Our flight arrived at 11.30 pm, we didn’t have a reservation. We walked to hotel only 20min, checked from booking that there is rooms available. In reception we got a discount (about 10e/night) by joining loyalty program. Room was well noise-isolated and there were everything we needed (shower gel, shampoo, contitioner and body lotion, hairdryer). Breakfast was nice, not too big choise, but not too small, one thing were speial-you can make your own fresh waffles there! Unfortunately breakfast was until 10 am (we prefer later), but we were glad that at 10.30 there were still food and weitresses didn’t hurried to take anything away. First we tried to find some cheaper hotel, but than you have to take a taxi two ways and buy a breakfasts, so the price would be even higher. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we are glad we chose it!

A wonderful, hospitality-friendly, super clean hotel near the airport. Thank you to Inge and Laura for the professionalism and high quality hotel services. And even if you are without a restaurant and breakfast - here you will always have tea or morning coffee with biscuits. From hotel to airport and center there is 22 bus, you can pay for the trip with a bank card. There is a huge parking for the car at pleasant prices. I recommend to everyone, you will be at the hotel as at home!

This was the first time we have managed to go abroad since Covid restrictions blah blah, we ended up choosing Latvia due the low cost of the flights, so we were not sure what to expect as never been to this part of Europe. The hotel was realy nice, very clean, our room was perfect for a four night stay. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice I didn't have the same thing any morning. We ate in the hotel resteraunt on one evening which was very nice and well priced. The location of the hotel is just outside the main city but is only a 20 minute bus ride which you can catch from just outside the hotel which is only 2 Euro's. There is also a trian station a five minute walk away where you can catch a train to the coast (Majori which is realy nice) for just over one Euro. A big thank you to the hotel for making our anniversery stay so wonderful.

Beds are comfy, linens, pillows and duvets are excellent, there's a bathtub in the bathroom which is certainly a plus. Towels are very good. Everything was clean and no complains in this part. However, it is a bit noisy as there are no carpets and you can hear every step outside the room. It would be better if there was a carpet in the room as well. Another minor thing was the selection of TV channels: most of them were in Russian! Who needs that? Also, there was no kettle in the room and the breakfast coffee was way too weak! I had to buy a stronger one for 2 euros. That's a bit of a disappointment when I count on breakfast to be included in my room price. All in all, the aforementioned things are indeed minor, so I would say that this is a decent place to stay overnight.

We visited Riga and stayed here for 2 nights. I had modest expectations for this hotel given the price. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are extremely friendly, and even remembered me by name which was a very nice personal touch. The reception area is nicely decorated, clean and modern. The room was clean, modern, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a little dated, but it was only a minor point. The hair dryer however couldn't blow away a cobweb, so bring your own! Breakfast was included and was very nice. There is a nice buffet selection of hot and cold breakfast items, different fruit and a variety of hot and cold drinks. A small point to note is the hotel is located on the west of the river, which is quite a long way into the old town or Riga city centre. However, there is a tram and a bus stop right outside the hotel, so as long as you don't mind using the public transport in and out of the town centre, you'll be fine. It only takes a few minutes anyway! Check out is at 1200 but they happily obliged when I requested a later one at 1300. I have no complaints about this place and I feel the value for money was justified. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Riga. Well done Bellevue Park!

Good evening . 11/18/23. we visited your hotel. We liked the room. The employee Julia worked at the registration desk. Paying 45 euros for the room. After we checked into the room, we find out that the television does not work. Question to Yulia, why didn’t she warn us??? We decided to leave the hotel, but Yulia charged us 20 euros, for what???? It is her fault for not informing us that not all services were provided to the client. We have stayed at your hotel before, but after this incident, we certainly don’t want to come back here. Thank you for your understanding.
